Lmao umm... well then Nakamura is pretty unprofessonal aint he. He just joined the company, got put in a high profile position, and he's going to be lazy about losing in a main event at wrestlemania. No wonder he got de-pushedd and sent down the ranks.

the brand split sucks

What's more rational? Giving 100% to a company that thinks your character and inability to speak a language should relegate you to midcard status despite the fact the crowd was 100% behind you in developmental, or to collect a paycheck from a company that wants nothing more of you than to be a weird, minor antagonistic force?

Why should a man kill himself when the company he works for chops and screws his dope ring music just because they didn't want it over with him as a heel? Did Zayn's music change? Did Lynch's?

Unprofessional or not...you can't be professional when the company and boss you work under is unprofessional.

I kinda doubt Nakamura's perceived laziness has anything to do with his push. I mean we've seen evidence to the contrary for other cases. And vice versa.

My point was that Nakamura was 100% given a chance to impress and i dont think he passed the test. His creative, compared to others, wasn't that bad. He could've made an impression and thrived.

SURE his creative could've been MUCH better. But, considering it's the WWE, he got as good a shot as most others.

But i'll admit, you could make a case that the difference between Kofi and Nak is that Kofi actually won the title.

I'm gonna go with charisma and the ability to connect with an audience.

And if anyone responds with how over 'Rusev Day' got I would respond that I put most of the credit for that on Aiden English who was a fucking glorious hypeman.

Nakamura should have won. Rusev was always a joke to management.

I can't tell you what he possesses, I liked the idea of him winning though. He was just at the right place at the right time, and he has veteran status. He also sells a fuckton of merchandise thanks to The New Day.

About Nakamura, I disagree. He went into WM with the idea of a dream match. They didn't get enough time, they wrestled slow and unlike what they could/should have done, and worst of all Nakamura only went dirty AFTER he lost. Then he went comical, but still remained pretty bad ass. I dig it. Except... he lost or drew with Styles like 30 times.

Then how do you explain him pulling that exact same crap in New Japan?

Re: What did Kofi possess that Rusev or Nakamura did not?

Three things. He can speak English, he makes Vince a fortune with New Day merch, and he's American. Not to mention the support he was getting for being a minority. (Not saying this in a bad way at all.)

Apparently it didn't hurt his relationship with the crowd.

Anyway, I find it hard to believe that a company who pushed the Great Khali, the worst ringworker of all time, cares about what goes on in a ring. So that point, on principle, is moot, no matter how lazy you think Nak is.
