Not a fan of AJ with Gallows & Anderson. AJ doesn't need those two at all, better off on his own.

Re: AJ Styles and The OC

At this point AJ is simply Orton with a midcard belt. He's upper midcard enhancement talent for guys like Seth, Brock, etc,. It doesn't seem like a world title is anywhere in the cards for him.

I feel like despite getting a year long WWE title reign, a win over him isn't a big deal anymore. But he still wins a lot as a midcarder at the same time.

AJ's been in that role ever since he re-signed with that Orton schedule. I don't think either are really interested in a world title now they just want a limited schedule and interesting feuds.

Vince isn't going to protect or push guys who are not full time unless they're Brock level. This is why the WWE seems to be revolving around Seth, Roman, Brock and Charlotte while AJ, Orton and Bryan are eating pins and not getting featured heavily like they were a year or so back.

It sucks, because your vets and legends should be protected better but this company only respects legends who are in their 50s and can't move.

It's particularly pathetic what they've done to Orton and Cena. These two were a face of the last era of WWE and wins against them mean nothing.

This is absolutely hilarious! We are not that far removed from when these 2 were the recipients of almost all of the hate from the IWC.

From reading this, I guess in 5-8 years there will be tears for Rollins, Roman, Kofi, Brock, Sasha, Charlotte, and all the others the IWC spew relentless hate towards when they are at the point in their careers where they are giving back to the business and putting others over!

Styles is in a trusted position and he got his buds functional roles. They will put him where they need to make someone look good.

In hindsight they should've kept the Ricochet feud going

I've always thought they should have just pulled the trigger with including Finn Balor just to fuck around.

Re: AJ Styles and The OC

They should scrap the concept already. It was fun when the Bullet Club was red hot two years ago. Now nobody cares and Styles/Gallows/Anderon look like geeks doing the Too Sweet.

Re: AJ Styles and The OC

I hope it leads to Gallows/Anderson being sent to NXT and AJ to the main title picture.
