As of three years ago, Triple H had stated that the minimum annual salary for WWE talent on RAW or SmackDown was $250,000.

In a recent Q&A, when asked about the financial security of WWE wrestlers, Fightful echoed Triple H’s claim, but numerous talent and industry professionals involved in negotiating these deals say the current minimum salary for WWE main roster talent is now around $350,000 per year.

It’s important to note that while WWE covers airfare for main roster talent, other expenses, like hotels and rental cars, are usually not included. Each contract is unique, and various elements are negotiated differently depending on the deal.

Still, I would like to know what the top girls and guys make in WWE and how it works now they don't get PLE bonuses. I guess they get paid more with their merch sales?

As far as the women, I don't think many make that much more than base salary. Last I heard, even Charlotte's base salary was 500k, but I think she had deals for extra. Same with others like Bianca and Bayley, they are below 500k and Bayley was around 350k. The only woman that I read was making a lot was Becky, who's base salary for some reason was 2-3 million.

I would be shocked if Charlotte's was that low.

There’s no way Charlotte Becky or Bianca aren’t making at least 1 million a year

As I said, Becky was making 2-3 million. Not sure if she still is. And Charlotte and Bianca were making that much, at least as far as last salary reports I saw. This was before the buyout though and they were WWE employees. It has probably changed when they became TKO employees.

Still not as much as rookie nhl player. If you compare to other sports the high guys and girls Deff make alot but nothing close to soccer/nfl/MLB numbers.

the lowest guy in nhl makes 750k a year for three years as a 18 year old

Bianca is a strong merch seller so she's making probably more than her downside. WWE has the bucket system which basically means, if wrestlers can move merch sales that tops their downsides, they will that extra income/bonus.

There’s zero chance Charlotte is not in seven figure territory. Especially if Becky is.

350k a year guarrentee and they don't even do house shows anymore ?

I'm not surprised it sucks and boring. They will become multi millionaires just by sitting at home and never even practice wrestling.

Wrestlers who don't get booked don't get to complain.

*rental and hotels and food isn't alot of money when it's just a weekly show.
And they get personal busses from wwe, they probably pay for gas though.

That’s close to what it was during the Attitude Era when adjusted for inflation. The only difference is that the wrestlers now aren’t getting points off of ticket revenue, so there are less opportunities for salary escalation.

They do house shows….just not with the same velocity as before. The non covering of rental cars is the same that it had been for a generation.

Years and years ago someone asked Roddy Piper if pro-wrestling was a good way to make a living.

He said something along the lines of - If you are one of the top guys it can be a very good living. But there are only a handful of top guys at any one time. Below that it can range from being good, to ok, all the way down to guys just starting out that are sleeping in their cars.

Sounds like it is still about the same.

Uh, this is actually GOOD.

So many lower card wrestlers (especially lower card women) got around 100k a year or less downside, and were on the road around 300 days a year... 350k minimum for less workload and better booking (they still have royalties for merch, video game and DVD appearances, Saudi appearances, etc.) is nothing but a win. With inflation like it is now, the old salaries just wouldn't work.
