Liv Morgan vs Nia Jax is some seriously brain dead shit. Heel Hornswoggle vs Heel Yokozuna, between two of the worst, if not the two worst womens workers on the roster. Who thought this was a good idea for a match? How the fuck do you make a credible match out of that?

You could've at least had Tiffany cash in on Liv, and then do Tiffany vs Nia and there'd be some story there, but no, I guess we're just gonna have Rhea cost Liv the match.....as if Nia needs help to beat this fucking human corn kernel.

HHH has completely gone off the rails. Add Dwayne's booking ideas to it, you get some nice roody poo booking.

If I didn't know any better, I'd swear Vince was back. Rock main eventing just to stand in the fucking aisle and then shooting Kevin Owens heel turn off the air reeked of Vince McMahon.

Gunther is beating Cody lol. Either Rock, Owens, or Bloodline Wolfpack will screw Cody out of the win. Cody can afford the loss, especially if Rock or Owens give it to him, it just builds heat to future feuds. Everyone looks at the WHC as the joke belt anyway, Gunther beating Cody gives it some legitimacy and Gunther won't be pinned by anyone except the next "guy".

Will be similar to AEWs “The Owen” Championships where tournament winner gets them, they get shown on TV a few times after then disappear for another 12 months.

This title screams The Rock “final boss” for me, as it would have been perfect for him but unless they have Cody win then Rock come out and beat Cody for the title. It also solve the problem of the belt as then Rock disappears until Netflix debut where he can return with the Crown Jewel & Peoples titles.

Outside of the Crown Jewel title, it does add a nice dynamic of champion vs Champion for Crown Jewel as they did start doing this at Survivor Series until they brought back WarGames. Whilst champion vs champion can be fun, it does hurt the losers unless there is interference, but surely they can do it in both matches? Maybe Tiffany cashes in MITB prior to Crown Jewel?

So the top champions fight for another title nobody gives a shit about?

No story progression.. no title feuds until this shit is done. Makes absolutely no sense. If Hunter really likes Owen/Continental classic and wanted to rip off atleast hold a tournament and use it to propel someone who needs a push.

Times like this makes me Vince so much during Saudi PPV.
He would have Goldberg squash Gunther under 5 minutes and win the world heavyweight title.
It would have been hilarious to see the online meltdown like when he squashed the Fiend.
Instead we get a heatless Banger for a worthless belt.

I don't think it's that big of a deal given, as others have said, it's not likely to factor into anything outside of these shows, but it does make the show into a little bit of a joke.

Like, just being considered top-tier shows, which they were getting close to being portrayed as, was not enough, they needed some gimmick. They don't get Elimination Chamber anymore, the amazing idea that was the Greatest Royal Rumble is long gone, no more World Cup or whatever that one thing was, so now we get this.

Given they're not doing brand v. brand anywhere else anymore this is at least a better idea than all of those given it can at least produce absolute bangers (even if largely meaningless bangers you know will more often than not have bullshit finishes), but... They sure don't have the womens one set up for that.

Still, Cody and the big man should be awesome.
