HHH announces the main event of Crown Jewel.

This is a move just to appease the Saudis and nothing else. It's completely unnecessary. Is the winner of the belt just going to hold it all year with only one or two title defenses when WWE heads back to the Middle East?

Doesn't bother me much because I can just ignore it and focus on the rest of the show but it's a weird decision.

They're not going to hold or defend the belt. It'll just be a trophy they win, one time thing and that's that.

I think this is fine - I assumed we'd get a throwaway main event for this show.

Lol at the people who thought Rock was actually going to go to Saudi and wrestle...

I mean, it is possible for that belt to be defended twice a year in Saudi but the issue is...why would anyone outside of Saudi care? Even if they do this "champion vs. champion for the belt in Saudi" thing every year they can't possibly get people to care about this. Especially when they did nothing with Braun winning the greatest Royal Rumble and that belt never being seen again. This just feels like a repeat of that but with a fancier belt.
