I wonder if there are some type of attitude issues or Tatum just isn't learning as quick or well as they would like. She always impresses me though. From day one she looked like a standout. Really shocked she hasn't got a better push.

I wanted to see the new guys wrestle and put it on but then got distracted and missed most of both matches. Not sure if I can be arsed going back to watch again. Another bruiser tag team in Tyriek Igwe & Tyson DuPont. (what happened to Bryson Montana?) Seems the mens PC is starting to catch up with the women in bringing out some potential stars from the NIL program.

Trey Bearhill had some interesting presentation. Didn't really like the look but I am sure he has all the input with his attire to make sure its culturally appropriate and maybe thats why? Seemed like they could do better but what do I know. He came across well enough. Interesting they have two indigenous/native American wrestlers proudly repping their different heritage in NXT. Hopefully they don't just smash them in a tag team lol. you know they will.

The thing that irks me the most about Paxley is her timing. She often anticipates her opponent's (& her) moves so her matches are not very smooth & fluid. A few matches that i recall where her timing was noticeably better were against Ivy (*not surprising bc that was her long time partner) on NXT & Lyra on Lvl up. Also, Paxley's moves don't connect w/ me. They could definitely use more impact. I feel she focuses on the acrobatic part while the actual move that hits the opponent is just an afterthought. I also see a bit of identity crisis issues w/ Pax; Face or heel, she has qualities of both, but not fully committed to either side. I can see those as reasons why she doesn't get many matches on the main NXT show.

For Bryson Montana, i just think he doesn't stand out. I don't see much charisma. He doesn't have a great look, he's not very tall, & i don't see much moveset identity. I'm afraid he might be an upcoming cut w/ another crop of tryout talent getting signed during Summerslam.

I was actually surprised by Bearhill. He was pretty smooth & comfortable out there for a debuting big man.

Gigi is terrible. She has the look and great ass but that's it lol Jacy Jayne is the better one. She needs to be in the title picture

Gigi has the look and the charisma. In ring has regressed but in ring doesn't matter compared to charisma. Jacy is better overall yeah, they both should have come straight out of Toxic and into the title picture. Gigi doesn't have to win it, but it made sense in story at the time and the fans are behind her in a way that they are not with Roxy and Tiffy.

* Hank Walker and Tank Ledger defeated Tyson DuPont (Rickssen Opont) and Tyriek Igwe (Chukwuebuka Enekwechi)

* Kiana James defeated Kiyah Saint (Harleigh White)

* Scrypts defeated Dante Chen. Bronco Nima and Lucien Price were at ringside to provide a distraction for Scrypts

I'm ready for them to put the NXT world title on Karmen. She's already better than the current champion and had a really awesome match against Jacy(who is also looking better than ever lately). Karmen Petrovic is easily the best new hire they've made to NXT since Tatum Paxley. She checks all the boxes and has the IT factor!

Speaking of someone who followed up that doesn't have any IT factor.....Brooklyn Barlow :oops: when the camera first was on her face backstage it took a few seconds for me to realize it wasn't Tiffany. Her promo skills and gimmick are just as annoying as Tiffanys though. In the ring Barlow is trash, she has Charlottes physique/no look and about the same level of stamina and in ring ability as Flair too.

They could cut Barlow right now and save us the headache of having to see them try and push her.

Dani Palmer is good in ring but boring. Doesn't have the personality and that flippy shit gets old quick. She's not as boring or dull as Sol Ruca and she has a better look/more personality, but I don't see them being able to do much with her. Great to have as a jobber no less!

Get Petrovic on the main NXT show ASAP!

What the hell, Sol is better than Dani in every way. But most of all, better look?? Dani is a tiny butterface, even Roxxane is cuter than her.

As for Sol and Dani I find Sol to be one of the least attractive women in NXT, including Dani. As for her work she's boring outside of that badass finisher she has. The gimmick sucks too, even worse if shes not playing a gimmick and its real. Dani as a jobber is fine, her(and Sols) flippy shit gets old quick though.

Different tastes for different people I guess, I find Sol prettier than half the NXT female roster including Tiffany.

I expected that w/ 4 instead of the usual 3 taped matches the last couple of weeks. So this should be card on Friday's show:

My quick take on the 3 newer flippy gals, Sol, Dani &, Kelani. They are all athletic freaks & are capable of doing spectacular moves. However, i'm having a hard time connecting w/ any of them. They are new to wrestling so they have the potential to grow into something completely different in a few years. Basically, they all rely too much on pointless flips & tumbling "trying" to impress the crowd. Also, their moves & movement don't feel organic. They feel very choreographed & overly complicated for no reason. Kelani, in her debut showed signs she was more than just a gymnast, but ever since then, it's more of the meaningless show offy moves. Looks department: Sol- old fashion, 4 out of 10; Dani- has a common face that i've seen before in life & reality tv, 5 out of 10. Kelani- 8 out of 10. Promo work- all 3 are pretty bad. Kelani sounds like she's in a Disney/Nick show so she's the best of the 3 by default, while the other two are robotic. Personality: Sol has the best personality of the 3; She seems real. Dani trys too hard to appeal to everyone, a turn off for me. Kelani is guarded/holding back. I don't have a great sense of her personality yet.

New people in Brianna & Jonah. I'll try to figure who they are in a bit....

Just started watching.

So, we get the (fake-mafia) faces starting the program lounging if as they don't have to work and regular fans should love their lifestyle of swimming and playing by the pool.

From the get-go the writers do not know what they are doing.

Good look. Thought she was quite slow and clunky. Had a good grasp of moves but not great fluidity. Good learning experience and maybe she just had a rough night. This is the purpose of lvl up. I don't see her on Tuesday nights anytime soon for sure.
