Natalya has now broken loads of WWE records but how has she lasted this long as a jobber?

The records include:

Most WWE matches (female) with 1,514 matches

Most WWE wins in a career (female) with 663 wins

Most WWE PLE appearances (female) with 75 appearances

Most WWE WrestleMania appearances (female) with 8

Most WWE "Raw" matches with 174 matches

Most WWE "SmackDown" matches with a total of 200

Theses need to be accomplishments achieved by bigger stars than her, for example someone like dunno Trish or Lita. I don't know how she still has a job over there.

1. It's Vince's way of saying sorry for what he had caused to the Hart Family even though the things he did were unforgivable.

2. Also Vince respect wrestling royalties as well and have no problem hiring and taking care of them.

3. Natalya is also a veteran in the ring and in the road stuff which is why her and Tamina are the hens of the women's division and takes care the inexperienced ones.

4. Another thing is that Tyson Kidd will never be able to compete in the ring again and this is their way to take care of them.

As mentioned above, she does a great behind the scenes role training/mentoring the others, doesn't she? And they use her in important moments as she can be relied upon in ring. So she's incredibly valuable. Plus I see she does a tonne of appearances and social good initiatives.

So she’s basically a house show worker. With so many matches, only around 25% are televised. I’m sure that happens to a lot of stars but doing the math, she hasn’t been on Smackdown and Raw very much since she started in 2008.

Neidhart debut 2008-present that's 15 years

Trish debut 2000-2006 that 6 years

Lita 1999-2006 that's 7 years

So obviously Nattie will have more matches than both.

She hasn't been a jobber either. Dana Brooke would kill for Natties booking. She continually gets prominent booking even in 2023 despite women half her age holding titles. Watch and see her get a fucking title match at Summerslam

She just needs a total reboot character and gimmick wise. I'm hopeful that is where they are going. She really should have been the one to go to NXT and reimagine herself or build a stable. That spot is wasted on Dana.

She's a good wrestler, or at least she was up until a couple of years ago, and they're always worth having around. Training Ronda probably also scored her plenty of credit and protection.

She's also likely some kind of locker room leader who can mother the talent and act as some kind of go-between for them and management. All suits like to have one person they can deal with.

With the amounts of breaks she takes, I highly doubt she'll beat those match and wins records.

None of these records actually.....matter. They're incidental. They just happened because she's been around forever, and she's a reliable "hand", as they say.

These aren't records that have any bearing on a legacy, except I guess most wins, but I don't think they're gonna emphasize it. I don't think they usually do. The stars have the actual records. First WrestleMania main event, first Royal Rumble win, longest undefeated streak, most world title wins, you know......shit like that. Not "Oh, she's appeared on a PPV/tv more times than anybody". Yeah, cause the stars actually get perks, they get time off, vacations, their programs are more carefully considered to where if they don't have anything at that moment they don't just send them out there to lose, etc.

Nattie and Tamina are the moms of the locker room. They're the women who hold it down.

Think people forget you need gatekeepers or perennial spot holders. People who are legit but not legit enough to hold a title.

They're your carpenters. They lay the groundwork. Nattie works a safe style that she can do year in and year out. And she looks good doing it.

Honestly one of the most ridiculous things I continually see is like people asking why X person is still around. When they've been there for so long. Probably take a step back and think... There must be a reason. Not every one gets pushed.
