Roman's and it isn't even close. He doesn't have an ounce of the charisma or FOTC qualities that Cena has. He's their worst corporate creation yet.
Not a Cena fan either, but respect to the Doctor of Thuganomics and the fact that at least the HLR era Cena can be exposed (like they did with Wyatt in 2014/2020 and Miz cosplaying Cena a few years back).
The Bloodline story outside of the Roman/Jey feud in late 20 early 21 and Jey/Sami has been atrocious.

90 percent of people cant even name half of what happened in romans reign past january. Cena brought in viewers, something Reigns ain't doing. Now, you can argue that Cena won over talents who should have been pushed, but Reigns was never top guy material in the first place.

Him at the top made me hate WWE for over a decade and every time he got the belt, I either stopped watching or at least tried to skip his segments as much as possible. I get having the ultimate good guy hero babyface champion, but it went for so long and so many times that I became impossible for me to sit through on a regular basis.
Roman is, at his core, a monster heel champion and that usually lends itself better to longer reigns as you wait to see who will topple him and that makes the stories better. The storylines for the Bloodline last year until this year's Mania season was better and more entertaining than anything I saw Cena do. That said, Cody losing at Mania kind of took the wind out of the sails as I am now wondering who they have left that I would want to see beat Roman at this point.

Hard choose . I hated Super Cena and hated that he is on my screen and main event every time.
But then I also hate that Roman is NOT on the screen every time defending his titles and moving storylines.
One was too much the other too little….
So hard to chose really apples to oranges

Neither of them are worse, I'd say they're both very good title reigns.
Cena had far better matches, ans he actually put over people when it was the right call, like Bryan and Punk.
Roman has a great storyline going, and is a heel, which is far easier in regards to satisfying the iwc.
But outaide of that, Roman will mostly be remembered for wrestling Lesnar 8 billion times
