The internet is going crazy over this one, with the leading candidates being Sasha Banks, Britt Baker, and Toni Storm. Do you know what that means, people of wrestling forum.com?! IT'S TIME TO VOTE IN THE POLL!!!!

Who do you think it is and why?

I'm going with Britt Baker. Stardom has been expressing interest in her since May, her dream match is with Mayu Iwatani, (who declared herself for the tournament in today's press conference) and AEW has wanted to partner with them for awhile.

Very interesting!

I could see Toni and Britt being good candidates given Toni's history(and if she wins the AEW title it'll be cross promotion) and Britts demand. Sasha is also possible if WWE hasn't brought her back, but I'm guessing the rumors on her with WWE are true, so probably not her.

What about Tessa Blanchard? She just returned to wrestling on the indies and doesn't have a schedule conflict with AEW like Toni and Britt may run into.

Tessa Blanchard will never work for a major promotion again.

Don't see Britt flying over there given how busy she is normally with her dentistry stuff and Dynamite. Toni is possible given she was in Stardom before. Sasha would be pretty awesome, would be interesting what it means if she did this, if she is doing this then maybe her WWE return isn't as concrete maybe as it seems (or this could have been in the works even before her negotiation her WWE return).

Don't see it being Tessa, who seems to be a headcase in every promotion she walks into. Even WOW dropped her now.

Well, to me Sasha fits the bill as "unbelievably famous" but like most people, I think she's going back to the fed. Britt is popular within AEW but I wouldn't count her as "unbelievably famous". So, really the remaining are Trish, The Bella Twins, Lita, Paige? Basically, only Lita has been trying to wrestle any time recently.

Unless this is just a weird translation and AEW is sending like Skye Blue on an excursion to Stardom to get her ass kicked every night.

Actually Paige spoke recently about wanting to wrestle in Japan, have a match with Britt and for some reason have a match with Sasha again lol.

Its possible Paige might be crazy enough to risk it.

It would be kinda funny if Paige retired from WWE due to neck injuries and then went to Stardom to get suplexed on her head

Surely not Toni as she already has history in the promotion. Being famous has to be either wwe Hall of famer or a current AEW wrestler.

My best guess would be Mickie James. Big enough name, still wrestles although like to retire soon so a try in Japan would be perfect for her.

Paige, Lita or Britt Baker would be other good picks.

Lol thats rude, but made me laugh 😂

Maybe her and Sasha will be in the tournament in Stardom together and end up facing each other so Paige can have 2 of her wishes granted at the same time, and Sasha can end her career, again.

Mickie James is another I didn't consider and yeah shes on a retirement tour now. She seems like a really viable possibility.
