Prime Hulk Hogan - billed height: 6'8 / in reality no more than 6'4

Shawn Michaels - billed height: 6'2 , billed weight: 225lbs / in reality no more than 5'10.5, 190lbs

Chris Jericho - billed height: 6'0 / in reality no more than 5'9.5

Rock in 2001-2003 - billed weight: 275lbs / in reality no more than 240lbs

Prime Angle - billed weight: 237lbs , billed height: 6'0 / in reality no more than 200lbs , 5'9
I knew Shawn was generally billed at 6'1 but never 6'2

Pretty accurate. Kurt might have been a bit over 200lbs around 2000-2002 though, he might have been 210lbs ish. Promoters generally inflate the hell out of guys weights. I don't think people realize how big a lean 200lbs on the average 5'9 frame. That's why when they bill guys like Gargano at 200lbs, it makes me laugh. The guy would be lucky to be 150lbs

One that sticks out to me actually happened in Rocky III.

They announced Hogan's character, Thunderlips, as being 7 feet tall. Yeah Hogan's big, but he ain't that big.

That was partly done for other reasons beyond making Hulk seem bigger. They also wanted to hide the fact that in real life, Sly is actually not as tall as people think. He's actually less than 6'0.
Stallone is like 5'6 so visually you could buy Thunderlips at 7'0 if you're billing Stallone at 6'0

Adam Cole has a small frame with narrow shoulders. If he were ever able to put on muscles they would look like they were Velcro'd to him. I had a buddy like him with little bones and skinny wrists who looked like he was wearing a muscle suit whenever he got on the juice.

HHH was definitely taller than Austin that photo Austin closer to camera

HHH and Goldberg were same height

Styles is 5'8. Kurt angle was billed 6'2 during his first WWE run and was then 5'10 so 3 inches isn't a huge overbilling. Mysterio is 5'2 legit so another 4 inch overbilling
Fair point. We know that Goldberg is legit 6'2 in height thanks to his nfl stats.
So I'd say HHH is 6'1,5 or 6'2 inches tall then 🙂

Hogan has legit shrunk from all his back surgeries, but he was never 6 foot 8 inches. During the Rock in Wrestling Era there are times he's standing next to Big Boss Man and Jake Roberts and they are nearly the same height.

to be fair this is looks later in his career.

Speaking of shrinking

Is it normal to shrink 3 inches at any age? And are they still billing taker as 328 and Drew 260?

I don't think you realize Kurt was always around monsters like HHH, Kane, Taker, Show, Brock, etc so ofc he will look "small" and "skinny", but see pics of him outside the ring during that time, dude is HUGE.

Your point here is? This pic is clearly taken by some midget and is taken from down looking up, have someone their height take pic and you will see Kane has at least 2 inches on him. Kane is leaning, this guy is standing as straight as he can (also bit closer to camera) and still if you look closely you can see Kane is clearly 2-3 inches taller.

Drew himself said he is 6'5 and in his boots 6'7 and Taker is prob just under 6'7 these days and also has lifts on most likely. Not to mention camera angle. See this:

6' Malone next to Taker. Looks almost same height here:

but then:

Taker fucking dwarfs him.

camera tricks are moot because in the footage there is a clear full figure shot of them with no angle illusions.

and I know drew said he is a legit 6' 5 (which is clearly legit) but curious where did drew say he is 6ft 7 with boots? shouldnt it make taker appear taller by that logic?

Prime Hogan was probably 6'5 or 6'6. But never 6'8 :)

Sid is probably 6'8. Hes just as tall as Taker, or close to it.

Hogan looks to be 2-ish inches shorter than Sid.

One decade of wrestling, and multiple knee/back surgeries later and he's only as tall as The Rock.

Sid is probably around 6'7, an inch shorter than Taker.

Hogan was never 6'5 - 6'6. In his prime he was a solid 6'4 or maybe 6'4.5 if I'm being generous. You can see the 3 inch difference in the first Hogan/Sid pic(even with Sid sticking his chin out) with both of them standing in an even ground(middle of the ring). Where in the 2nd pic they seem to be close in height, the reason is Hogan was standing next to the ropes while Sid was standing right in the middle. To make it short, rings mats are not even.

In the last pic, Hogan is as tall as Rock. Due to multiple back/knee surgeries and age, he shrunk down to 6'3.

Youre probably right :) I'm not good with american measurements, so I have a hard time determining how much an inch or two is, just by looking at pictures :)

If Hogan is 6'4, I'm also more inclined to belive that Andre was actually below 7 feet. Sure, he's still half a head taller than Hogan. But I don't think he's THAT much taller.

Not the greatest angle, but it seems like theres the same height difference between Hogan and Nash as there is with Hogan and Andre.

With that in mind i'll definately add Brutus Beefcake to the mix. If Hogan is 6'4-ish, No way Brutus is the 6'4 he was billed at :)
Note, Brutus is also standing a bit closer to the camera, if you look at the feet.
