But here's the thing WWE probably have a reason as to why their PPVs are priced so high. Maybe they make more money charging a higher price despite low buyrates than they would at a cheaper price with a larger buyrate. Heck, maybe people won't even respond and the buyrate would be the same at the lowered price.

They're screwed for the meantime though. They can lower the price and I'd bet anything that they wouldn't get enough additional buys to break even. They'd probably wind up losing money.

They're probably hoping to gain additional buys to the big four by putting their excess pay per views on the WWE Network. I'm just curious as to how they plan to offset the loss of the revenue generated from those 9 PPV's. I'm hoping that it's not from cutting into matches with commercials like Raw and SD.

Sure. If a show is REALLY appealing and the price is cheaper, then I would definitely buy.

I don't get the point of having to pay money for something we know will be the same old shit 9 out of 10 times except Money in the Bank this year maybe and that we weren't even fully sure going in that WWE wouldn't screw it all up. On all these ppv's half of these mid card matches we know will have a much better rematch the following night on Raw or sometime shortly after anyways. It's so easy to stream and I got nobody to watch with that likes wrestling so what is the big problem? Even if the stream dies I could still watch it for free the next day and half the time there's so many negative reviews after reading spoilers and coming on here or whatever that I could care less. If I didn't watch the PPV's for free I probably would've stopped watching Raw on a weekly basis months ago. Let's get real. I got more important things to spend my money on.

Same thing applies with Dana White and UFC. I feel like a big insider listening to Bryan Alvarez and all this stuff but if they got all the stream site on the internet permanently taken down and all the torrent sites got taken down I'd probably just stop caring because my wallet is more important than watching some fight all by myself that I know will just be on Fuel TV in another few months.
