Artists for whom you have a cut-off?

Gang of Four is Entertainment to Hard. Everything else is Andy Gill eschewing real work.

Sun Kil Moon. We both quit at Benji.

You?

Re: Artists for whom you have a cut-off?

Are you on Steve Hoffman Music Forums? Because there is a thread exactly like this on there. Generally:

Alice In Chains - Self-Titled (1995)
R.E.M. - Out Of Time (1991)
Coldplay - Parachutes (2000)

The reason for the Alice In Chains one is that, although they're one of my favorite bands of all time, I can't accept anyone other than Layne Staley fronting that band.

Usher (Confessions). Kind of. He has some decent songs after.

I used to absolutely love his music, and now I barely listen to him anymore. I still listen to his old shit, because he has some bangers.

Re: Artists for whom you have a cut-off?

I've always been a big fan of Alter Bridge but when I saw them live for the first time on tour with the Fortress album in 2013, I've only ever listened to their old stuff. Wank performance with a wank album which they played all the way through, song after song. No crowd interaction outside of the laughable "I can't hear you" from Miles in his best attempts to get a fucking bored crowd hyped up after 12 straight songs.

Same thing with Killswitch Engage. Love Howard Jones as the front man and think Jesse Leach is a massive prick for booting him out after he was the entire reason Jesse's band is as popular as it is today. I don't listen to any material with Jesse as the front man.

Also, anything Lostprophets have ever done because, as unfortunate as it is with the other members of the band being very talented, who the fuck wants to listen a band fronted by a dude who rapes a 1 y/o baby?

I am not, but I am familiar with the site. No mention of Go4 or SKM in that thread. I tried to locate you based on your picks here, I believe that I have (you included Blind Melon and The Jesus Lizard). I don't like REM, but I am in the minority that prefer the WB years over IRS.
