Dorian Roldan, who runs AAA, has told several people that he's looking at buying Impact. We don't know if that's just talk or something serious

Re: Dorian Roldan Wants To Buy Impact

If he's willing to put money into the product, it can be good news.
But than again, if he keeps Callis and Damore.

Re: Dorian Roldan Wants To Buy Impact

This scares me a bit because yet more new management, which means possibly yet another rebrand, and the vicious circle for TNA/Impact Wrestling/GFW/Impact just continues. If AAA ownership is better than Anthem and their entry point into the US since LU isn't that big, it could work for them but man this never ends with this company.

Just because someone wants to buy something it doesn't mean anything. Many people wanna buy many different companies around the world.

Re: Dorian Roldan Wants To Buy Impact

Well, Dorian is already used to paying talent late and booking horrible shows so he'd fit right in.

Can't see Ed selling just yet - the company is very slowly starting to look in the right direction, but maybe up for selling some shares?

Re: Dorian Roldan Wants To Buy Impact

IDK If this new is real or not. Don't you remember Meltzer published William Regal announced a Latin American Tournament?
If well, AAA and Impact has a good relationship through Charles Asshenoff(AKA Carlos Santiago Espada, AKA Konnan), I think it's a risky buy. Who does a company with more than 36 leaves on 2017, same or more horrible booking than your original company, a madman who seems left one-eyed his rival on kayfabe but his work partner at legit, with no creative leading, that has changed of name more times than Juan Carlos Osorio changes of footballer's positions, that was unseated by an indy promotion that takes almost the same age than it spending on creation of excellence and was transfer for many people who doesn't anything a fuck about manage a Wrestling Enterprise whose once Main Shareholder tapped out on his fight against a Sports Entertrainment titan worths?

He's still a little pretty green on wrestling manages with a big ego. fix the mess the you have on your room, little spoiled brat!

Re: Dorian Roldan Wants To Buy Impact

Anthem get a lot of value from the library (they'd be mad to sell that) and a lot of tax breaks from IW. Cant see it being a serious offer or anthem accepting.

If he wants to buy a company... theres always GFW lol
