I thought TNA was a place credible wrestlers go when their careers die.

No way. MAYBE if thy landed The rock for a full time gig Plus the undertaker or something, they would get a temporary boost, but they could never sustain it. But most of the current WWE guys I feel would fail in TNA, they are more products of WWE's marketing machine than real draws on their own. Without that behind them, Guys like Cena, Orton, Jack swager, etc would drop off in popularity very quickly. Undetaker is really the only one I can see having that massive impact. Jericho and Mysterio would be great gets as well, because they have long-term invested fan bases who would go with them to TNA.

He'd probably end up in a tag team with Rob Terry or something.

I actually think Brock Lesnar, due to UFC's popularity he would probably bring fans over with him

If John Cena went to tna not only would it not help them but I honestly think theres a chance professional wrestling would die altogether.

When TNA has a budget like the one WWE has then they would be able to compete properly. People need to realize that Vince has a shitload of money and can throw it around where TNA is still building up.
TNA can bring Austin and The Rock in but unless they have the $$ to promote and hire stadiums they cant compete with the budget of the WWE yet.

You are a moron. TNA AND WWE ARE 2 DIFFERENT PRODUCTS and are on 2 different nights, RAW and Smackdown don't compete with Impact so FFS stop comparing them.
Its like comparing Apple to Microsoft where one is portable devices and the other is home/business.
Comparing TNA TO WWE is like comparing chalk and cheese.
ALso WWE is PG13 ,,, TNA is targeting a much older audience.

I would imagine IF the holy grail of this forum (That being The Rock) went to TNA then a lot would watch.

Personally it wouldn't make a difference to me if The Rock was there or not, to me he's always been average and his promos were always more or less the same.

I could also imagine Undertaker, Cena, possibly Jericho & possibly Punk would perhaps make TNA a hell of a lot more popular.

And for Punk I mean him with his Straigh-Edge gimmick but pushing it that one step too far like he did in ROH.
