The most Under/Overrated storylines/feuds?

I think one of the most underrated feuds of all-time is RAW vs. SmackDown in 2005. That was the perfect RAW & SmackDown feud, sure it could of had better superstars on each team but this storyline still had a great buildup and some great moments such as the RAW invading SmackDown and having the parking lot brawl as well as having the whole RAW roster invade SmackDown.

I can't really name an overrated storyline other the Invasion but I think a storyline that was overrated for half of its tenure was the Ministry of Darkness storyline. For January-April the storyline is in my eyes: classic, legendary, golden. But when they had them join up with Shane to form the Corporate Ministry it just all went downhill and then with Vince being the higher power it just made a turn for the worse because it didn't even become about Undertaker anymore it was Vince & Shane vs. Austin. I just hope the Nexus storyline doesn't take a turn for the worse with their "bigger picture" situation.

I'm just waiting for Vince to uncloak in the middle of the ring. "It was me Cena! It was me along!"

I always liked the Shane McMahon/Test feud over his "proposal" to Stephanie. They ended up having a pretty good Summerslam match too.

That was a pretty good match. I'll always remember the Mean Street Posse sitting on a big ass couch in the crowd.

Re: The most Under/Overrated storylines/feuds?

Underrated: Raven vs Saturn, wcw 1998.

Overrated: The Power Trip vs Undertaker/Kane. Decent matches, but kind of lame. Seeing HHH back with the IC belt was awkward.

Re: The most Under/Overrated storylines/feuds?

Underrated: Jericho/Malenko was the best thing about WCW in 1998. By far.

Overrated: Although all the Corporate Ministry stuff was tremendously entertaining, the 1999 Austin/Undertaker feud dragged on forever and was mostly forgettable in the grander scheme of both men's careers.

Re: The most Under/Overrated storylines/feuds?

As usual, I'm going for ones not mentioned:

Underrated: Diesel's cool, well-reasoned heel turn after losing the WWF Title to Bret Hart at Survivor Series '95. I still say it was the very first verse of the Book of Genesis for the Attitude Era, in its own way, in its own time.

Overrated: Hollywood Rock. Why do I say overrated? Just because Rock's run as Hollywood Rock run was never given a proper blowoff. He forgettably turned back face and soon rejoined Mick Foley as part of the Rock 'n' Sock Connection, and then left wrestling forever. That run was entertaining, and it would have been better had it been given a more memorable conclusion.

Overrated: Shawn Michaels Vs Triple H...I know it's really harsh, but if it had been about six months shorter it would have been remember a lot more fondly.

Underrated: I really enjoyed Undertaker's 2002 heel run. Nobody seems to give this any credit. I thought it was one of the best directions his character ever went in.
