For me it's Kofi Kingston or the Miz.

Great pic of Team Miz at last year's Survivor Series. That was truly The Team of the Future, although I don't think WWE is nearly as high on Dolph Ziggler as they are on the other four. If Ziggler ever makes it as a main-eventer, it will be a looong time from now. Those other four guys are guaranteed to all be big stars, I have no doubt about any of them.

Then there's Wade Barrett. Definitely destined for greatness.

On the babyface side of the equation, Kofi Kingston is definitely the most promising of any young face in the company. As was said in this thread earlier, he's exactly the kind of guy who shows up about once or twice a decade and gets the "boyhood dream" virginal world championship victory at a WrestleMania. Could happen as early for him as WrestleMania XXVII, honestly.

Evan Bourne will indeed be seen as one of the replacement figures for Rey Mysterio. Hunico in FCW will fulfill this need as well. Kaval, it's possible.

Alberto Del Rio is already 33 but if we're counting him, yes, he should do exceedingly well.

I also think WWE is higher on Zack Ryder than many believe. But he's going to be given a very, very gradual rise to the top. Likely to spend years in the midcard.

Justin Gabriel and Michael Tarver probably have great futures ahead of them as well.

Cody Rhodes should become something of a prominent midcard star. Ted DiBiase, the jury is still out in my honest opinion, but there's little doubt that one day WWE will get behind him more forcefully.

And, whether you love him or you despise him, I think one day Vince McMahon is going to wake up out of bed, be given a look at who's on which show at a certain point and say on a whim, "Dammit, why don't we push that Morrison kid who's been here forever?" WWE has not given up on him, despite how things may look at times.

For some unfathomable reason, not one person has included Punk on their list - he's younger than Sheamus.

Hold him back? That's the reason why Vince has such a hard-on for him.

Punk has already shown us he can own the main event, evan bourn will be huge soon, kofi although he can pull it off i cant see wwe actually giving him the title kuz they suck at that. but ziggler has what it takes to be a top heel also

Punk is a 3 time WHC, so I guess people don't think to say he has a bright future when he's already done enough to get into the hall of fame. And yeah, Sheamus is a 2 time WWE champion too, but he's only been around a year.

The top spot goes to Sheamus or Barrett. They're going to be neck and neck for 1, the only reason I'm saying Sheamus edges out Barrett is because he's already won the title twice, but, on the flipside, it didn't take Barrett 5 months to be important, he was a main eventer his first day on Raw. We'll see where Barrett is in a year. Barrett is getting the biggest push in years, and he has a WWE title coming his way by the end of the year, or early next.

Miz, Swagger and Mcintyre are next. Swagger, because of his size is probably going to be ahead of Miz, althogh you never know with Miz's work ethic, which Vince has a boner for. Mcintyre isn't nearly as good as those 2, even though he's less irritating than Swagger because he doesn't have a lisp. -__- He has the least bright future of the bunch for the time being, but he'll still get 90 thousand WHC's by the time his career is over, since he's only 25.

Can't forget about Joe Hennig as well. He's invincible on NXT and is going to be the next guy to get a world title shot. I'd love to believe Alex Riley is up there as well, but I just don't. It's best to remain cynical when someone as good as Riley comes along.

1 - Sheamus/Barrett
2 - Swagger
3 - Miz
4 - Hennig
5 - Mcintyre

I've lost all belief that Ted Dibiase will ever be world champion. He CAN'T get over, I truly believe that. No matter what you throw his way, people throw it right back. Nobody is interested. Cody Rhodes is a maybe, but his gimmick isn't main event. Dolph Ziggler has no future, they obviously don't like him. Kofi Kingston will get a few title reigns as well, but he won't get a huge push like these other guys.

Sheamus, Tarver, Barrett, and Riley will be around a long time doing all kinds of main event stuff in the years to come. Those four are slam dunks as far as I'm concerned. I hope Percy Watson too.

Pyro I know you're a pessimist when it comes to WWE for the part, but Riley will be in the ME (once he gets there) for a long time to come.t

I'll believe it when I see it. I thought Kennedy was going to be world champion, and even though they tried, he got fucked in the ass.

When he's holding the title, then I'll believe it, but not before. I really believe this NXT show is only going to help the winner, and everybody else is just an accessory to make the winner look good.

That doesn't make him a bad guy though...

And I'd love to see Riley in the ME in the coming years. I really enjoy watching the guy work.
