Only a handful of them (Bryan, Owens) choose not to go. It makes the rest of the male roster that decides to go look bad right? Money is more important to them I guess. Thoughts?

Nah. I wouldn't call them greedy. Most of them probably don't give a rats ass about the politics and want to provide entertainment for the miserable citizens of Saudi Arabia. They care about the people and not the government and it's policies.

The average Saudi isn't a piece of shit.

I don't judge them. I'm also a bit of a bastard. I can turn a blind eye to Saudi Arabia if I justify it by "we're bringing cultures together!". They make money, they make fans there happy.

IMO Political corruptions shouldn't go or be considered into any kind of Entertainment or Sport, they go to entertain the Saudi Arabians fans or children(these don't have any thing to do with what the government do).

I have no problem with wrestlers who refuse and I know money is the most important thing for WWE and the wrestlers but I look at it in the good way that these innocent fans have a chance to meet their favorites they could never meet if WWE didn't go there.

I see people from all the middle east not just Saudi Arabians go and watch the show as it is their only chance to get that experience.

We're all adults and adults understand that money is the only language.

Leave the fake outrage to the young students whilst the grown ups earn the bread.

They want paid, simple as that.

"I will say it because I am trying to quell the burning in my heart--I hate Vince Russo. I despise Vince Russo. I want Vince Russo to die. If I could figure out a way to murder him without going to prison, I would consider it the greatest accomplishment of my life." - Jim Cornette

Not everyone has strong or informed opinions about geopolitics, and plenty of people do business with those that they disagree with on a personal, political, or theological level. I do business in the United States even though the president is a dunce. I'm not going to leave just because I disagree with the way the country is run.

A little, but if my company did some work with Saudi Arabia would I refuse to do the work at cost to my career? No. I'd do it and feel a little guilty about it, same as most other people would.

Not at all, I respect Bryan for standing up for what he believes, but I also respect wrestler X who is doing this to better themselves, advance in their career and make money for their family. At the end of the day, it's WWE. An entertainment company. They should be allowed to entertain for the highest price like any other performer. It's a little bit sketchy of course, but, if we're going to question morality, that should first be a question for the individual (are you going to watch and support this?) and also our government (who are perfectly fine trading with countries like these). To put any emphasis or thought on the WWE or the superstars feels a little bit misguided.

I don't blame them going and making money from it. Hopefully more money than usual. If WWE is going to commit to Saudi Arabia, may as well benefit from it.

Just like when HBK came out of retirement just to get some of that money, I can understand that. He did it for his family.
