Wow. Hyperbole strikes again. I, II, III, IV, V, VI, VII, X, XII, XIV, XV, X-Seven, XIX, XX, 21, 23, XXIV, XXVI, XXVIII, XXX, 31. That's well over half that are easily better. The women's disaster is down in the bottom group with IX, XI, 13, 2000, XXV, XXVII, and 32 as the very worst of all time.
How would you place 7 over 35? 7 was a complete disaster at the box office from what they initially expected and match sucked bad.
Technically the match at 35 was better than others on your list but I digress. If it hadn't been for the fact that the quality of women's wrestling on ppv in 2018 was best ever on main roster I think expectations wouldn't have been as high or people disappointed they didn't get 5 star match.

WM 35 is on the same level as Austin/HBK “pretty good”
Cool. Agree to disagree. It was an unmitigated disaster and the reason the entire push of the division has been dropped, but OK.
Push wasn't dropped. The women are back to where they were pre Rousey. Rousey is reason the women mainevented Wrestlemania.
Vince sees the full time women at a certain level regardless who is champion or most over. Same way as he sees Rollins at certain level (certainly not Hogan, Austin, Cena fotc level or even HHH faux fotc circa 2002-04 level). Bryan carried Wrestlemania 30 completely and had two terrific matches but immediately after he was shunted into midcard feud while HHH moved onto something else.
The women could have had greatest match ever at mania and it wouldn't make a lot of difference once Rousey left.
