Big Cass Talks About Meeting With Vince McMahon

Source: FoxNews

Quote:
In an interview with FoxNews.com, Big Cass talked about his conversation with Vince McMahon prior to being released from WWE and his personal comeback:

"[The firing] didn't come as a shock to me. I was pretty out of control for a few months," Cass admitted. "The night after 'Money in the Bank,' I had main-evented the house show with Daniel Bryan. When I came back from the match, I was told, 'You have a meeting with Vince [McMahon] tomorrow at noon at the building,' and I knew it right then and there what was going to go down."

"We chatted for about an hour. It was a really good talk. And that was the end of my tenure with WWE," Cass recalled. "Before I left the room Vince looked me in the eye and he said, 'You walk out of this building with your head held high. You did nothing wrong.' So it's exactly what I did. It was unfortunate but I was just not in a good place and I had changed as a human being."

"Don't bottle it down. Go see a psychiatrist, go talk to somebody about it. Don't keep it to yourself. The worst thing you could do," Cass advised. "It's going to end in disaster … Take the right steps to get better — whatever it is, medication, talk therapy, whatever you need to do. Do it because if you let this keep going on, it's going to end in an absolute disaster."

"A lot of people out there had written me off and nobody wanted to give me a chance," Cass said. "Michael Lombardi had some faith in me … He gave me the opportunity to wrestle Jon Moxley on a show in New Jersey, and that's where things started to turn around for me and [Enzo Amore] because we represented ourselves really well."

You need to be yourself, you can't be no-one else.

'You walk out of this building with your head held high. You did nothing wrong.'

"you did nothing wrong.....but you're still fired, now fuck off out my office you son of a bitch, you need to keep your held high because you need to look for the damn exit signs to get out of this building as quickly as possible before I roundhouse your ass......I'll give you one minute for every year you've worked for me and then Im coming after you, get moving pal"

"After it all you'll find out, you were always one us"

You can't give me a reason, I don't need one to shine, You can't give me a feeling 'cause it's already mine

Apparently Cass and Enzo are back together again. Free agents, looking for work.

It's refreshing to read someone own up to their shit and mistakes instead of the same old rhetoric of "BIIG BADD KUMPANY DID MEE WRONGGG!!!"

Wouldn't surprise me to see Cass back in a year or so.

If Vince sees the shape he's in now, not only will he get re-signed, he's going to get a rocket push.

I don’t believe this for a second. Why would McMahon tell him that he did ‘nothing wrong’ when Cass was getting shit-canned for being a total cunt!? Seems fishy.

I'm sure this story has been polished to get on good terms with WWE again. Don't mind to see them back in the future. These guys were fun. But let then prove themselves somewhere else first.

It makes me sad knowing just how many people have been in Vince McMahon's presence and not beaten the shit out of him.
