Lot Of WWE Talent Are Reaching Out To AEW: WOR

On the latest Wrestling Observer Radio it was reported that a lot of talent "want out" and the number of WWE Superstars who have reached out to AEW would blow people's minds. Those within this group are apparently counting down the days before they can make a move.

While talent like The Usos and AJ Styles have decided to stay with WWE, others like Dustin Rhodes, Jon Moxley, and Shawn Spears have already made the jump to All Elite Wrestling.

The report continued WWE is definitely offering up more money to keep people around, but some within the company feel miserable and money isn't necessarily enough to keep them around.

Moxley is being looked at as someone who actually made it to the top of WWE, but still wasn't as hot as he is on his current run. Those who might be midcard or lower in WWE are seeing the potential of going elsewhere to give them a better chance at raising their stock.

Sami Zayn... not, El Generico on AEW.

Most of them will be dissappointed. Just go through all WWE brands and count the catering people. AEW cannot put all of them in their shows. Also, I highly doubt AEW wants to become the place for underused WWE talent.

AEW has to be smart in who they get and select. Like Tye Dillinger is a mid-card at best guy. Don't shoot him up the ladder.

But also, it's not so much the talent as the presentation, the availability, the stories, etc. I don't think TNA went under because they got Christian to be champion...and I don't even really think it's because of washed up WWE guys...i think it was lack of availabilty on a major network and that stupid weekly ppv idea.

AEW SHOULD be interested in almost any name but be very careful. Apollo Crews no. Luke Harper definitely.

the brand split sucks

So you would pick a 39 year old Luke Harper over a 31 year old Apollo Crews?...

They're both guys without charisma and promo skills but Luke Harper is a big guy who can do suicide dives and super kicks so he's a megastar in the eyes of indy fans.

I highly doubt it would blow my mind how many people want out. I can't even count on both hands the amount of people I think would be happy in this cesspool of a company, and even some of the people who are treated well may just be fed up of dealing with Vince.

I love how Vinces solution is just throw more money at them. IGNORE THE ROOT ISSUES, GIVE THEM MORE MONEY! You know, because people in WWE aren't making any money, they can barely feed their families and live comfortably and relatively stress free if they're not shackled to Vinces ball bag.

Of course they are. I'm sure everyone wants to leave. Creative is not the only issue here. It's TV time, backstage politics, favoritism, lack of care, mistreatment, condescending conversations, Vince's constantly changing mind, travel schedule, the disrespect for the sport itself, the list goes on. I'm sure there are some people who have had it well that still want to leave. I'm hoping Becky Lynch is one of those people. But that's just me being selfish and wanting The Man on the true A show. She's got it made in WWE even though they're fucking up her character.

unfortunately Becky apparently signed a new contract just this February. So she's stuck.

Yeah I heard. As soon as she loses the RAW Title, she will sink back into obscurity with the likes of Asuka and Sarah Logan.

Charlotte and Lacey Evans will eventually be the champions. Maybe switch one out with Alexa Bliss.
