Has HHH turned a profit for NXT? No. Nor can his creative powers do so.

Both her and HHH taking the helm will be bad for business.

I think the reason Vince is putting out such a shitty, boring product, is so that whoever follows him can continue to put out a shitty, boring product while the company still stays afloat, because the WWE fans have been conditioned to expect garbage. Due to exercising a completely monopoly over the wrestling business, he can afford to do that.

He probably has no faith in Stephanie, Triple H or any of the executives whatsoever. But he knows that if the standards of what people find to be entertaining are lowered, then perhaps even Triple H and Stephanie can successfully run the business once he is gone, despite their void of creative ideas.

Vince in his prime did have a degree of creativity and boldness. Whoever follows him, will have none.

Marvelous

I don't see what there's to actually worry about with her, Shane, and HHH in charge. She's inarguably doing a good job in the role she fills now. HHH is also doing well with NXT from an entertainment perspective. All 3 have almost a decade or more of experience in behind the scenes roles. What actual reasons that aren't rooted in personal dislike is there to doubt she'd do fine?

As much as folk talk about wanting wrestling to be less carny, it's amazing how folk over look all the things she's done to help make the brand look less carny. Sometimes y'all have to take off the snarky goggles and accept that they know what they're doing business wise, even if you dislike their personalities.

All of those badmouthing Stephanie are really going on hearsay from other fans and interviews. In all fairness, unless you've worked around the creative team, you won't really know how things are run. Maybe she is godawful, but it's easy to jump to these conclusions based on being behind your tv screen/monitor.

Running a giant company requires many skills which are too complex for most, which if any of you work in a managerial or leadership role, you should be able to attest to. It would be stupid to assume one person runs the whole show directly. Even with Vince, he would have to delegate most tasks to others and face a leadership team.

This argument aside, I hope the company is handled well once he does step down. Although the product was rubbish for a while, it's still been great financially and has been picking up rapidly. Let's hope this continues!
