I am sure that "I wish you died in the womb" period they were team right? And then just randomly teaming again without explanation
And surely Paige was the same before and after feuding with Nikki, she wasn't the reason why she was pushed aside at all right?
And under your reasoning, I imagine you think Bray won the feud with Cena because Cena "just won the PPV matches"while Bray dominated him on tv
And of course you could see Nikki beating Asuka, but not for her abilities, but for her backstage politicking, she is kinda like Charlotte in that regard, or at least she was until a couple of weeks ago, although her step dad is still in a high position on WWE, so that may not change.
I am not gonna pretend Nikki didn't improove because she did, she was a somewhat decent worker at the end of her time a full timer, but pretend that she didn't accomplish almost everything she did because of backstage politics would be naive.
Nikki before Cena: Jobber and valet
Nikki after Cena: Longest reigning Divas champion, star of 2 reality shows
You specifically said after Nikki won the Title in 2014, the Bellas feud was befre then. So which period are you talking about? Nikki not putting Brie over when Nikki was being built up as a heel future Champion, or when the Bellas were back together as heels?
The Bellas and Paige are good friends in real life, so as much as the Bellas being bitches and sabotaging Paige might fit your narrative no Nikki was not the reason Paige was pushed aside. Paige was pushed aside because Charlotte Flair and Sasha Banks had arrived on the scene.
Where did you pull that logic from? Where did I say Carmella won the feud? I said Nikki put Carmella over which she did by having Carmella get the best of her for three months straight. There is a huge difference there. Please tell me you can see the difference after stopping and thinking about it?
Every single thing any wrestler has ever accomplished is because of backstage politics. Not always politicking from said wrestler but to succeed in wrestling you need someone in charge to go out of their way to make you succeed. This is why wrestlers like The Miz and Dolph Ziggler are still just jobbers despite everything. This is why sadly the Iconics will just be jobbers, you need someone in charge to politic for you to succeed. This is true of every wrestler ever. Even Daniel Bryan needed Vince and HHH to cave and push him to be a true success.
I like Peyton, I want to see her succeed, I feel like she is more than good enough to be a star in the womens division, especially if Alexa Bliss can be. But I also like The Bellas, and Nikki is a superior pro wrestler to Peyton. Maybe that will change, but right now I know a Nikki match will be of a higher quality than a Peyton match.
