I thought fighting was supposed to be for adults, not for children. That's why we usually ban children from seeing movies or TV shows with violence.

The bottom line here is that Corey Graves talked a lot of shit about Booker T, both behind his back and to his face. His whining to the office also got Booker removed from commentary and directly affected his ability to make a living and feed his family. So Booker is calling Corey Graves out, to prove that he can stand behind his words, as a man.
You're comparing sports fights and people who do this as their job with challenging someone to a real fight, big difference.

If you feel the need to pump your muscle and fight or challenge everybody that doesn't like you or look at you the wrong way or say something about you to a fight that doesn't make you tough or a man, that makes you a sensitive bitch and you need to grow a thicker skin. A real man has a thick skin, a child is insecure and is full of emotions & rage and don't know how to control it so they want to take it on other people and fight because they crave the attention of showing people how tough they are.

Booker T hiding behind his podcast to call out somebody to act like a tough guy is pretty childish dude and i like Booker. He had Graves sitting next to him on a weekly basis and could have reached him any time privately if he was that bothered but he clearly didn't if he's that bitter still.

The only appropriate time to fight as a grown up adult is if someone seriously threathen your family.

Booker is in my top 10 of all time, but he does come off as childish. However, I don't blame him and would most like do the same thing when Graves disrespected him constantly. The dude belittles Booker and Cole constantly with no payoff. He's like the Stephanie McMahon of the commentary team. A good commentator gets himself over as well as his partner, not just leave them in the dark. Nothing Graves did on the commentary table compares to "Shucky Ducky, Quack Quack".

Nothing wrong with two men settling their differences one on one if the situation leads to that. That's part of being a man, you can't believe you can speak to another man anyway you please and think there won't be consequences. Booker T's an old school Black dude, he's not a part of this effeminate generation of males that behave like women and don't expect any actions to come from his words. The way Booker describes it, it seems Corey is the type of person who let's his mouth write checks his ass can't cash.

Booker challenging him to a fight is lame because truthfully, Booker could whoop about 95% of the roster in a 1 on 1 fair fight. Why challenge someone like Corey Graves that you know you would beat up easily? That's not cool. You're better than this Booker.

What's with all the Corey Graves hate in this thread?

Personally, I prefer my commentators to be coherent. Booker was entertaining but for all the wrong reasons. Who would've thought that Stevie Ray wouldn't be the worst commentator in that family?

If Corey is man enough to take the constant jabs at people then he should be prepared to face the music. It’s no secret that Booker is pretty bad dude. Don’t talk shit about the guy and then then run to the bosses and say that you’re afraid after you’re the one that provoked him. Booker was clear here. He isn’t going to be unprofessional here. He will be cordial in the work environment, but as soon as that protection is removed then he’s going to make Corey back up his words. I don’t even buy into the concussion bullshit. If you know you don’t need to be fighting then don’t say fighting words to people and then try to hide behind your handicap.

This a clash between old and new generation. imo Graves is a perfect heel commentator

Re: Booker T Shoots On Heat With Corey Graves And Challenge Him To Fight

Booker T is entertaining as fuck on commentary. He's better than awkward pauses and 20 second silences because the rest of them are being told to plug some other shit rather than let them flow naturally.

Graves could actually be great at freeform commentating if they let him go, but you can tell when he goes from 'genuine, good banter' to wooden and artificial.

As for this heat, I don't give a shit.
