Cool to see Nikki Cross climbing the ranks more and more.
It was over the last couple days. The last woman standing played a hand in Storm rejoining the Top 10. If NXT drop the ball with her, she'll no doubt go outside it again.

But in terms of keeping the race closer and arguably fairer, I still think the older one is probably more balanced, and I feel like if anythng, these surveys could do with allowing the battles as competative as possible rather than less so.

(Along that tangent, I'd be curious to see how a convex point alocation version might work, ie;

1. 10 points
2. 9.5 Points
3. 9 Points
4. 8.5 Points
5. 8 points
6. 7.5 Points
7. 7 points
8. 6.5 Points
9. 5 Points
10. 1 Point

Although that might just be getting altogether too complex, although I might have a look at how the latest results might look under that system later.)

But it's not about keeping the race closer. Reason for the new system is for those who don't have 10 favourites, still get the same as those that do. Not everybody is gonna struggle to narrow down to 10, because some don't care enough for the division.

I'll probably keep this system over the old. Depends if I get any feedback from regular voters. We'll see in October.

Re: WF's Favourite Female Summer '17 Results

Anyways my thoughts on the Top 10:

Becky - her fanbase has held strong whilst others are collapsing. Her being first again doesn't surprise me. Probably will for the rest of the year too.

Charlotte - I honestly thought she'd stay third forever. Won't likely climb any higher.

Alexa - Her fans are very much like Paige's were. This time next year they'll have abandoned ship.

Sasha - meh.

Emma- She's hot and talented but they do fuck all with her. I always scratch my head at her permanent role in the top 10.

Asuka - I got bored of her months ago. And until she's gone the rest of NXT are just, there. She'll swing up and down a spot or 2 every time.

Maryse - definition of somebody who does nothing. But least she looks good standing there I guess. Another top 10 mainstay that won't be going anytime soon.

Nikki Cross- definitely helped by the last woman standing match. It'll be what she does next if she stays in the 10 or not.

Carmella - just like last woman standing, I feel MITB & Ellsworth have helped her here.

Peyton Royce- a shining star of NXT but she'll struggle to keep her position which could easily go to Kairi next time. Or if Lana, Mickie, Bayley climb back up.

It'll be interesting where the Mae Young classic females will fare too. Could end up with a huge glut of no pointers.

I missed the voting and Queen Charlotte still moved up one. Nice to see Becky back on top.

Becky at #1 is very surprising, thought it would be Charlotte or Bliss, or even Bayley
