JBL was fired for bullying, which was 13 years ago. There is no evidence of JBL bullying Mauro and never was. Only Chad's believe that lie made up by that cac Memezer

His mic work is solid and or least he could have been a great manager. Damn. LOL.
Can't say I am surprised. This company has missed the boat on countless occasions.

More than anything, it wasn't done because it wasn't something that had Vince's stink all over it or something he could take credit for if it was a success. They didn't want to call him "Bully" Ray, they easily could of changed it to "Bull Lee" Ray or "Bull E." Ray.

I'd have forgiven WWE for The Dudley Boyz' dire run if we had all got Bully Ray outta it. Despite being an older age, he certainly could've breathed a good bit of fresh air onto a show like RAW and let the company have a good opportunity to have a good heel on the show, and even put younger guys and faces over. Sadly, Vince hates things that aren't his creation.

One less solid mid-card heel for WWE.

I wanna call this a shame, but can't really say for sure.

I'm glad WWE didn't use turn him heel as bully ray. Had WWE turned him heel and it didn't go well people would be bitching about it.

Re: How awful was it that WWE didn't utilize "Bully Ray?"

While I commend Bubba on getting into much better shape and crafting a good heel gimmick for himself in TNA, he never felt like a true main event player to me. I don't think the opportunity is too big a missed one, honestly. You had Kevin Owens on the main roster and Samoa Joe coming through to the pipeline. Not everybody can be a bruising brute and be over.

It wouldn't have worked in WWE's corporate over-scripted PG shitty environment. His biggest insult would've been "I'd block you on Twitter" or something.
