Nakamura just lost so I'd rather AJ face Nakamura at WM as opposed to Orton personally, as I think it's a given he isn't making it to WM with the belt. Either way, am I the only who realizes the faulty logic in Taker winning the title? Say the fantasy booking is correct and he puts up the chanpionship and his career come WM vs Cena whom is itching for #16 .

What is Undertaker getting if he wins??

Pay attention. He's putting up the title....and his career. And John is putting up....staving off his inevitable #16 th title win, I guess?

Not even the most hardcore of Cena fans are going to cheer for him not only taking the belt off of Taker, but retiring him. This match makes more sense if Cena wins the title at RR and puts it up at WM vs Undertaker who in turn puts up his career (if the predictable career vs title is the way they're going.) I don't believe it's happening at all and Cena won't be retiring him at WM if at all but the current fantasy booking has glaring holes in the logic that are somehow flying under the radar.

AJ facing Nakamura or Joe at Mania is a guaranteed loss for AJ...

As much as I like the match ups, I'd rather not see him go 0-2 at WM..

Not necessarily. AJ ate the loss against Jericho so I'm not convinced Nak would go over by proxy. Nakamura should win so I get where you're coming from. Still, I think Styles is/will be over enough that it wouldn't matter, and even if he loses, you can pull the trigger on the slow burn face turn after he shakes Nakamura's hand afterwards. I'm also fine if they go with Orton and give Styles the guaranteed win while holding off on the Nakamura match until 2018. As a matter of fact, that probably makes more sense anyway tbh. Would give them time for a proper build and Shinsuke time to really get over with casuals.

If they use Styles to elevate the IC title later this year like they did Cena to elevate the US belt, him putting over Shinsuke in '18 would restore the prestige back to that championship in a major way.

I'm a Taker mark so naturally I'm fine with this. And Taker/Cena for the title would actually feel like a true big time Wrestlemania main event, where Styles/Cena for the title... well it could work in the main event slot, but depending on what else they have on the card it may not be the biggest match. Taker/Cena for the title would be hands down, save for Rock/Lesnar happening. Plus you throw in this possibly or definitely being Taker's last match, it's the main event match that will sell the network/this PPV the most for the month.

That being said, long term this helps no one. WWE's problem as of the last few years has never been about the short term, it's been about the long term establishment of their stars (save 1-2 people). Styles keeping the title and establishing himself in the main event at Mania, and beating Cena for that matter at that show (or whoever he faces) establishes him as a big time player. Or you could replace Styles with Ambrose, have Ambrose as a heel take the title off Cena (who wins it at the Rumble) and you do the same for Ambrose.

I'm watching you...

If it means seeing Undertaker/Styles possibly working back to back PPV matches over the WWE title then I'm all for it even if it means Styles losing the WWE title, it could go the other way though and it might just be WWE wanting to sell tickets to sell out The Alamo Dome and Undertaker in Texas is a big draw.

I honestly would be happy with Undertaker/Styles leading to Cena/Undertaker for the WWE title and Orton/Styles at WrestleMania 33 or if they go the other way and it's just to sell out the Rumble and they do Cena/Styles for the WWE title and Undertaker wrestling whoever then I'm just as happy, Cena/Styles for the title on the biggest stage of all is pretty much a banker to be MOTY and Cena/Undertaker will simply be HUGE and a genuine WrestleMania moment thing so either is cool.

Cena doesn't need it, it's embarrassing to even tease this cuckhead getting another undeserved title reign.

You mean the two matches he was all set to win but was forced to submit. I mean no way he was taking the pin so his Father-in-law gave the green light for Chris and John to slap on a submission hold and not stop till H taped
