Give him a match with someone like Sami Zayn who can carry him to a good match and let's have a real retirement match.

He'll be back for a real retirement match. It'll be a big draw, and Vince will pay appropriately.

If that's the case, I'm probably done with WWE. I only really keep up with it in anticipation of the RTWM every year. If Taker's done, there's no-one in the company who really interests me aside from Brock and the rare appearances from The Rock.
#Taker and Mra22 like this.

Yeah and we don't know what is happening to Brock just yet either because of the USADA thing

This was The Undertaker's swansong. End of an Era, 20 - 0.

Everything else should have been dumped since. When the time was right (Yes, miss some WM) he should have came back for Cena (21-0) & Then Sting (Retirement match).

WRASTLEMANIA 35
Return of the RABID WOLVERINE!

Bah GAWD ALMIGHTY! It's him!!!

Although Brock Lesnar's "Go to hell tour" might be coming to a close; we still have the decade strong, Vince McMahon's "Go fuck yourself" tour to look forward to.

Undertaker vs Sami Zayn. What a blockbuster, marquee match. I like Zayn, but someone BIG needs to be put over. A future "heel of the company" or something.

Why the hell not. Build Zayn up and you got it. He'll carry that old ass to his first decent match since WM 29.
Bryan vs Taker would have been huge at any of the past 3 WMs.

Would have been good, but THEY HAD to have Cena vs Rock II for fucked up reasons, AND have the dream match people have wanted since 1997 The Icon " Crow " Sting vs ..... Stephanie's Husband.

Re: Meltzer says that The Undertaker claims to be retired

Fuck that, he ain't done til I SAY he's done! He's gonna give me Taker vs Cena in the main event of Mania 33, and then, AND ONLY THEN, can he retire!

Now that's what I wanna say, but the guy more than earned his right to say when he's called it a career. I'd just be disappointed if he chose that clusterfuck of a match with Shane to be his curtain call. That whole storyline was just bizarre and fucked up. Company panicked when Cena wasn't gonna be ready for Mania, so they pair Taker up with Shane in a big stunt match with spots because Shane isn't a wrestler?

Seriously, the undercard was the high point of Mania 32, which is a baffling thing to say because you'd think they would've delivered in front of the biggest house ever.

Meltzer has said this every year for about a decade.
