Maybe there are some legit pro wrestlers down in NXT afterall. He is huge. He isn't a total nerd. He doesn't come dancing down to the ring like 90% of the roster. He looks like he would fuck you up. He probably would fuck you up.
Him and Owens are the only good things I've seen come out of Nxt recently. Hope Corbin gets a monster push. No reason why he shouldnt be in the main event within a year or two.
He needs to squash the fuck out of a bunch of jobbers now imo.
He needs to do it with increasing brutality then. Start squash jobbers then progress to squashing them and putting them off tv for a few weeks.
No reason he should of had a count out with ziggler. He should of fucked ziggler up within a few minutes then fucked him up back stage later in the night just cos he can.

Idk about the OP, but with new additions to the roster increasingly being more likely to look like Kofi or Rollins size wise, it's refreshing to see new guys that are traditional heavyweights. Corbin can get away with being a work in progress because he's a rarity in the singles divisions
He,s really grown on me. Couldnt stand him at first but the guy has worked his ass off and is probably the most improved guy in wwe this year. His mic work especially has gotten incredibly sharp and you believe in everything he says. You Believe in his character that he,s really that guy irl. Hopefully fans dont throw the reigns stamp on him because he,s a big non indy guy because imo corbin has the personality and the badass aura reigns doesnt. If anything he reminds me of aba taker.
The gear and the music needs to go though plus I would like to see him incorporate some boxing into his work. Maybe throw some nice combos and body shots.
More characters that come across as being that way in real life is what I have been wanting forever, with less of the clown show stuff. I also agree that he probably needs some new gear. Maybe some black trunks with his lone wolf logo on them, black boots and black taped wrists and hands.
I would like him to build some more muscle and get a tad more technical in the ring. But yes I like his look besides that and he is a good asshole heel.
So yes I see him as a good midcard heel for the IC Title and after a while he might be a main eventer
Baron has improved tenfold in his time at NXT but I do believe him and Apollo needs some more seasoning down in NXT
He has the look and could really be somebody. I have a couple of things to really add and complete Baron Corbin character. If he can get some abs that would immensely help , Like someone posted I would have him come down to the ring in his bike ala Taker which would make him stand out. Last I would carry over his "Indy Killer" gimmick and evolve it into a "Internet Darling killer". Shoot vignettes with him outside alone in the parking lot on his phone snickering and sarcastically going "Thats who they like" alright I'll show him. Then either show him destroying said guy backstage or use his Lone Wolf logo as a calling card
See this is the sort of shit everyone on the roster should be able to do. Raw should be full of simple storyline shit like this. How can we all think of it but all wwe can think of is "boring promo in the ring then six man tag". Like really. Everyone should have a direction. Honestly if you look at the people who are given direction and storylines its only really: Reigns, Cena, Jericho, Styles (so far), Ambrose, Wyatt (sometimes), Owens (I think people forget just how big a part of the show he is - someone back stage has a thing for him), Lesnar and rollins (cos HHH literally loves him)..... thats about it? Everyone else is in pointless feuds that involve 100 matches in a row.
Apollo Crews should have debuted at Mania and won the battle royal. He would've gotten a huge pop and he's likely to have a much more successful career than Baron Corbin. Baron could've debuted on RAW last night.
Even the name Baron Corbin doesn't sound too original. And his look is so meh. His long hair is so thin. And he got no reaction in NXT.
What I like about him is that he's legit intimidating as hell. Too few guys on the roster actually look like they want to fuck everybody up these days.
The biggest surprise was when they zoomed in on Baron Corbin's head and Cole said, "That boy's got a bright future" and JBL didn't follow up with, "Yeah but his hair hasn't."
He just needs to sort his abs out. Then he would look like a total bad ass. It massively turns me off him when I see him now with a flabby stomach. I struggle to take it seriously. But that is the only issue for me. Has he improved in this area? I dont watch nxt much at all
I think he has tonnes of potential don't know about main event heel but definitely US/IC heel to shore up especially if the finally push KO or the wyatts. Or hopefully re push rusev and have him beat the shit out of Roman
I like Baron Corbin and looks different than most of the NXT guys. He has a certain presence that I like that we haven't seen in years.
For his Raw debut, I wanted him to destroy Dolph in mere seconds to make a huge impact. He is awesome and I hope, WWE handles him well and not become another useless jobber. *Crossing Fingers*
Corbin's grown leaps and bounds from the first time I've seen him. He could be a top heel in the business if they utilize him correctly. And, if he continues to improve. Dude's got a bright future.
Out of shape, baby faced balding lanklets pass as main event material these days? But you know what, his heel persona is everything Reigns should be, so if it means that Corbin would go over him, then I'm ok with it.
