Moot point anyway since Shane/Taker is the likely main event at this point.

@ Legit BOSS
I found this thread. It was about Roman Reigns not "selling out" Axxess tickets. When the report was confirmed wrong, he didn't sell out fast enough to the same people who bashed him. I'm sure I can find some receipts from those who said WM 31 would not sell out because Roman was one of the headliners.

WrestleMania itself is the draw these days. WrestleMania is fine from a financial standpoint, but a problem is that many of the live events, and even some TV tapings aren't selling out like they used to just a few years ago.

Reigns gets terrible ratings, they tend to drop when his segments are on.

People complain endlessly about the product being bad, yet the WWE still manage to put 94K ^asses in seats. Why would they ever change when people still support them like this? The WWE must think that we're the most gullible morons on the face of this earth

The secondary market has TONS of tickets still for sale. I'm not gona go. No way I'm paying $300 for a level 4 seat with view of the ring and stage. You can get a ticket for $225 thats behind the stage. Are you kinding me?

Wrestlemania is the biggest event of professional wrestling worldwide. It will always draw huge seeing there is no competition for WWE (at least inside US of A) - no surprise at all

Do you people know how to read ?

The point is not "Reigns is there, therefore it sells", the point is "People seem to hate the guy who is coming out on top, but the show is almost sold out"

Roman Reigns - WWE WHC
