Re: The Undertaker vs. Kurt Angle at Wrestlemania

Angle vs Taker would have been a great match but I don't know if I would have wanted Angle to break the streak.

Most never believed he would ever fight anyways. I've never heard anyone call Punk a MMA fighter, but he intended to be one; whereas Taker didn't.

Re: The Undertaker vs. Kurt Angle at WrestleMania

What doesn't make sense about this story is that Angle says Taker wanted a five-star match at WrestleMania (okay), but WWE wanted Angle to keep the title. Huh? That seems a bit strange considering they had Rey Mysterio walk out the new World Champion.

Then again, considering the way they booked Mysterio in his title run, perhaps they changed their minds at the last minute and realised they'd made a mistake afterward. Who knows.

In any case, Undertaker vs. Kurt Angle is a dream match of mine and their match at No Way Out 2006 is one of the best I've ever seen. That match deserved to be on the WrestleMania card, with Taker going over to keep the Streak intact. If they didn't want the belt on Taker, they could've had Angle drop it to Orton at No Way Out and then done Angle/Taker and Mysterio/Orton (c) for the WHC at WrestleMania.
