Triple H's Promos

What are your thoughts on Triple H's promos?

In general, they're technically sound as far as developing storylines, and his acting is great.

However, he's constantly repeating himself. He takes a number of lines, and often rephrases them one or two more times in succession. I feel that because he keeps following the same formula, his promos usually lack any spark and freshness, are tough to sit through, and are mostly forgetable.

Repetitive. Boring. Same old.

Always has to get the last word and make his opponent look like a moron.

Re: Triple H's Promos

When he is cutting a promo by himself, it ranges from good(short promos) to boring(long promos). When he is having a verbal battle with his opponent, he is very good. His acting is good and he does a good job at selling the match. He is also technically very sound.

Re: Triple H's Promos

My critiques:

- Needs to be longer.
- Needs to emphasize words more.
- Needs a distinct angry voice and normal voice.
- Needs to end every sentence with "ah".
- Needs to repeat himself.

Fix these and you're gold, H.

Re: Triple H's Promos

His promos are all about selling matches/ events

"THIS SUNDAY" has to be his most used line, how many video packages for HHH matches feature that line?

I like that, some people find it boring... I think his conviction and acting make them work.

Re: Triple H's Promos

His job is to make Reigns look good so he's trying not to completely bury him on the mic. That's why he repeats the same thing.

Doesn't matter if he's feuding with Reigns or not. He has been repeating his lines over and over ever since the WWF days.
