Fair point. Although I both enjoyed his runs, personally I enjoyed more his run as the #1 heel guy in RA.

I knew Flair was big, but I didn't know he was Triple H big. I guess I was way wrong. I never liked Flair so, that might be part of it.

Ric Flair.

Then it'd be Batista, HHH, and somewhere really far behind them, would be Orton.

Re: At their peak: Who was the biggest star in Evolution?

Most people saying Flair are too young to remember his heyday. Fact is he was champ of the B tier promotion and most of his popularity was confined to one area.

Ric Flair did nothing in his career that compares to The Animal Dave Batista at Wrestlemania 21 1,085,000 buys and yes, most of that was to see Big Dave.

I go with Batista because of this, yes I would even put him above HHH - HHH was a huge star during the attitude era of course but Rock and Austin were the real draws - you wouldn't ever say HHH was the no1 guy.
But early 2005, Batista was the no1 guy in the company.

Maybe overall you would put HHH and possibly Flair above Batista, but this is about peaks and I think early 2005 Batista peaked above those two (and Orton)
