Don't worry, in 20 years we'll get CM Punk, Daniel Bryan, and John Cena all in the ring.

And Cena gets booed while the 2 midgets get cheered.

To be honest it was a great thing to see - but a great opening segment to me is where something happens a bit of action a bit of drama.

I mean they just kinda stood there, said some nice things about each other and drank a beer. And then that's its we don't see them till the next wrestlemania or a rare raw.

I dunno the stuff during the attitude era - Austin crashing mcmahons champion crowning with Kane & undertaker.

I'm sure rock has had a few - usually the night after a ppv raws opening segment was great esp if the baby face champion was screwed!

you heard me i HATE YOOOOOOOOOOOOOU AND IRISH ARE STOOPIT AND DRUNK!!! ENGLAND4EVR!!!!!

What I remember of that moment when we saw Austin/Hogan before Rock appeared was thinking are they doing a Hogan/Austin WM match? Then I realised Austin had retired, a moment lost right there but at least there were 2 Hogan/Rock encounters.

Thanks to Drago & Fringe for their generosity

Austin and the Rock were great plus adding the right gay,guy really made it a touching moment.

Its just a shame it had to happen in this era.

I think the most fondly remembered opening segment I have is the Austin Beer Truck segment.

In Wrestlemania's history? Yes. It was the perfect opening for the 30th anniversary, the three WWE GOATs kicking off the show, the image of them together in a ring was iconic and one those special WM moment.

It also helped that the show was amazing too, one of the great WMs of the modern era

Re: Is this the GREATEST Opening Segment of all time?

It was a great moment even with Hogan's boring ass rambling on, but imo there are a lot of Raw episodes where the glass breaking to open the show had me like

What people do for the struggle of power is madness.
