Women only brand

Could they make a women only brand. Maybe reduce the 3 hour raw to 2 hours and have an hour of the women's division?

Not now. Maybe not ever. The so-called Revolution is hanging on by the skin of it's teeth as is.

It was easier to see this happening in TNA a half dozen years ago because getting in the numbers ballpark of their programming would have been easier.

Re: Women only brand

I wish, that would be awesome but the women aren't even given a half hour on Raw. And they're certainly not given much time on Smackdown!

Re: Women only brand

Of course they could. WWE owns their show and chooses what is shown on TV.

Re: Women only brand

I wouldn't mind it. I wouldn't watch it either, but it's not a terrible idea if executed correctly. They can scrap Main Event or Superstars and make a show called Divas Revolution. It doesn't need a lot to maintain it. It could be network exclusive like NXT and booked similarly to it. Three matches a week, one main feud and several secondary ones, a couple of backstage segments and interviews and it's good to go. It could be network exclusive like NXT and booked similarly to it.

There is no revolution, there never was...unless you watch Lucha Underground. Though given their numbers compared to WWE, that arguably isn't a revolution either.

The revolution was lip service, something WWE does well. I mean you could maybe point to two moments in NXT when Sasha and Bayley main evented a Takeover, and that completely out of nowhere moment when Bayley did a Bayley to Beily on either Blake or Murphy and for just a brief moment it felt like one was watching Lucha Underground.

Re: Women only brand

Posted many times of having a women's only show that could replace Superstars or Main Event since both those shows are repetitive highlight shows with lower card matches. They could easily kick off the show with a tournament for a new WWE Women's tagtitles and be used as a transitional show between NXT and MR by intermixing the cards and showcasing more story angles for the remainder of the unused women like Nattie.
