I think it would be a good time as any to call up 4-5 big names from there and have them all in big tag team or singles matches give them to shine on the grandest stage of them all

How about one of them challenge the Undertaker? just give one of them 5-10 mins with him and IT WOULD BE A LOT MORE UNPREDICTABLE OF A OPPONENT TOO not many would even consider that in attendance

Or on a smaller scale have one or two challenge for the respective intercontinental and u.s. champions

I think these young laddies and bonnie lasses could stop the show IF give the chance

What do you think? your ideas on matches? hmmm tell me

Call up an NXT star, to face Taker, at Mania, in Taker's last match, for 5 minutes, why the fuck would that be a good idea? They should absolutely not call up anyone who's not ready and do you realize what calling up NXT's 5 biggest names would do? Firstly it'd fuck NXT for months until they built new stars and some of the 5 if not all of them would be buried because they either aren't ready or aren't needed, why call up NXT talent to randomly challenge for the US and IC titles at the biggest show of the year when there's perfectly good underutilized talent on main roster already? I 100% disagree

No. And you wanna know why? Because as soon as those from injury come back, the roster will be full to the brim with talent and no one will be doing anything. As bad as these injuries are, we can hope that it will force WWE to utilize their roster, everyone from jobbers like Slater to main eventers like Reigns and Ambrose, are slowly but surely being used slightly better. WWE is being forced to improve, forced to adapt and be slightly more creative. They add in this extra cushioning by bringing in new NXT talent that may or may not be ready, it will simply feed into the vicious cycle that lead them to being so disjointed and fucked up due to injuries in the first place.

Great post.

I am not a fan of calling up wrestlers without an interesing angle to kick their main roster run off anyway. :justsayin

Considering there are only 9 guys working singles on the nxt roster that have made their televised debuts, and one of those is on the shelf long term with an injury and nxt are just about to embark on major roadtrip I don't think they can send anyone up right now unless they signed half a dozen new people or something

The hype bros and bamf are probably best bets to get a call up given they won't be getting an nxt tag title anytime in near future

Yeah why not huh. Lets screw the current roster. And feed the general fans current obsession with anything nxt related. And put the entire roster on the mania card. While were at lets have sasha v zayn in the me. If you have not gathered by now im being sarcastic. Nxt is not the main roster, calling 9 up just to suit nxt marks or smarks whatever so they go all over at wm is absurd. Zayn at best but thats it.

Yeah Finn Balor, Samoa Joe, Jordan and Gable, Enzo & Cass, Apollo Crews, Baron Corbin, Sami Zayn, Hideo Itami just suck...

The future of the WWE in terms of talent looks fucking great, the atrocious booking and boring, predictable story lines is what's going to fuck all that talent

They specifically said they didn't want to bring "extra" guys up, cause once guys are no longer injured, you can't really demote the people back down.

The only big dawgs I would look into is Samoa Joe. He can fight for this NXT Title at Wrestlemania, and really help the entire company. That way he remains on NXT, but has relevancy, and a match people actually want to see. Cause NXT has about 4-5 matches at their free PPV's that were better than 90% of the WM31 matches.

This is what should happen NXT does their event the weekend of WM32 then when WM starts the whole NXT roster invades the show like ECW did and they takeover and show Vince that this is real wrestling with what they bring and they kick the main roster's ass

there's a dude that slipped my mind why not have a Samoa Joe lead faction invade Mania he hand picks another 2-3 guys to do the take over. Sami challenges Owens for the intercontinental champ OR U.S. on, Samoa Joe challenges Taker that could be a classic and Taker wouldn't have to wrestle more than 20 mins too, and have a offbeat tag team from NxT challenge for the tag team challenges

have that kind of lose make Owens snap go all out psycho and where? whoever is main eventing for the World title and than at Extreme Rules Owens gets his World title

No, the point of Mania is to sell tickets to the supercasual fans. The people that only watch the big shows and want to see people they know. These people would have no idea who anybody from NXT is at this point.
