I agree, I'm a massive Stone Cold fan but his time is gone, the WEE and fans need to help push future stars.

Also as for Cena vs Taker, that match has to significant meaning or no base to build a feud, I don't even see it being a draw.

Still holding out hope on Rock competing. The GOAT has already mentioned several times, breaking the attendence record in Dallas, is something he, Vince and HHH have been continuously discussing since WM 31. There's been too much discussion, for him to just go back on his word. Pretty sure he's using his mainstream leverage to work something out. Besides the GOAT's been mentioning wrestling a lot on social media recently, which rarely happens.

Besides Meltzer always reports BS near Mania season. It's nothing unusual. Just like Austin competing, Taker/Strowman, Rock/Brock, etc. The timing of this report is funny, when just two days before, Rock/HHH and Cena/Taker were the two huge ME matches. It's just simple 'Oh hey look, Rock is speculated to wrestle at the AT&T stadium next year again Brock. Actually no wait, it's HHH. Hang, we got it mixed up, he's not scheduled to compete. No no, his current status is still availiable come April'. It's just him giving 'possibly' updates, so that when one of them turns out true, he could say 'welp, we were correct all along!'.

Well I am sorry OP but without those names, WM 32 does not have a shot in hell of selling out. And can people stop talking about pushing future stars, its too late for that. Start focusing on the present and now. And maybe from 2016 onwards start booking, to produce new stars with the current roster. But right now, current draws and special attractions are more important.

The chronic neck & back pain that caused most of the Wrestlers to take muscle relaxers & pain killers is what killed most of them. That's what's being said on the podcast and youtube shoot interviews.

No.

It is up to the fans to let the wrestlers and WWE know what they want to see. It is the job of the wrestlers, their families, their doctors and WWE to decide whether or not they can compete, and if they want to.

As for the Rock he has no reason to risk injury wrestling now that he is an established movie star that makes way more money acting then wrestling. Everyday i see threads with people putting these guys in matches on the card. Maybe Bryan could wrestle but why risk it?

WWE could still do.

Cena vs Taker

Brock vs Owens

Reigns vs Ambrose

And a bunch of other mid card matches.
hahaha...one of these 4 is not like the other! I don't even care for Bryan, but to lump him in with these others makes me see the trolldom

Sigh... WHY DO PEOPLE STILL WANT TO SEE THESE OLD TIMERS COMPETE AGAIN. IT'S NOT 2000 ANYMORE. NOBODY past the age of 40 should be in the upper mid card or above in WM. WM should showcase your BEST talent you have on your roster. NOT A BUNCH OF GUYS WHO HIT MID LIFE CRISIS. I know it's too late to make new stars, but that's totally WWE's fault for relying on the same 5 stars for about a decade and now it's coming back to haunt them. This WM is gonna suck hard having a bunch of glorified jobbers, squandered talent, and a bunch of has beens. WWE fucked up SO HARD in these past 10 years. Phew... that's my rant of the day.

I don't see why Rock can't work a nice safe simple match with HHH.

He doesn't need Brock dumping him on his head they can find a new guy for that role.

Oh don't you worry. I'm not asking for the Rock to return for a match.

I agree. Enough with Austin and Rock. Give us what we want and deserve. Tito Santana vs Greg Valentine and of course the monster of all matches, King Kong Bundy/SD Jones II the WM rematch 31 years in the making.
