Strongest PPV Card ever?

What do you think is the strongest wrestling PPV card ever? In terms of names and star power.

I'd say WrestleMania 19

Rock vs. Austin
Hogan vs. McMahon
Angle vs. Lesnar
Michaels vs. Jericho
Triple H vs. Booker T

All on the same show. Literally 9/10 of them are first ballot hall of famers.

WrestleMania X-Seven and XIX are both good answers. Even though the undercard is good-but-not-great, the 1992 Royal Rumble is the greatest assemblage of stars for a battle royal in the history of professional wrestling, and the match itself was fantastic, so that's worth a shout.

Wait...which of those 10 isn't an automatic hall of famer?!?

Re: Strongest PPV Card ever?

Summerslam 2002 deserves a nod as well

HHH vs HBK in his return match

Brock Lesnar vs The Rock

RVD vs Benoit

Edge vs Eddie Guerrero

Kurt Angle vs Rey Mysterio

Flair vs Jericho

WM 19 is always the first event that pops to mind.

Brock. I mean he'll get in, but he's not without doubt like the others. His full time career was less than 2 years.

Brock is without question a first-ballot hall of famer.

He's a 100% lock unless he has some sort of falling out or legal issue. He's a crossover star with mainstream name recognition who killed the Undertaker streak and has been the most dominant character in WWE since 2014. Automatically, guaranteed HOF-bound.

Re: Strongest PPV Card ever?

Wrestlemania x7

-Austin/Rock, both in their prime

-Triple H/Undertaker, the only good match

-Edge & Christian/Hardy Boyz/Dudley Boyz TLC2, two first-ballot Hall of Fame tag-teams..and the Dudley Boyz

-Shane McMahon/Mr McMahon, when they were both good

-Kurt Angle/Chris Benoit, at that point at least, a crowd/workrate favorite

Did you hear of the thief with a loose thread?
He got caught.

Re: Strongest PPV Card ever?

WM 26 wasn't bad...

HBK/Taker
Bret/Vince
Jericho/Edge
Cena/Batista
Rey/Punk

Re: Strongest PPV Card ever?

Mania 17 and 19 are good choices

Most recently the one I remember the most was MITB 2016, with the first AJ/Cena, the first Roman/Seth and the MITB ladder match that Ambrose won
