Re: Brock Lesnar vs. Seth Rollins (Universal Championship)

Seth being called a small guy on this board blows my mind. He is eye to eye with Brock, and wouldn’t look out of place as a Safety on a football field. Gargano, Cole, & Balor are tiny men. Seth isn’t in that class.

And selling is an issue WWE-wide and really wrestling wide. Have you seen NJPW and AEW? But, it’s clear a lot of you have never played legitimate sports in your life. Adrenaline is a real thing. You can play through pain and not really feel it until after the game. That’s why guys can finish games on broken legs. I have finished games with sprained ankles and a concussion. It can happen.

Take in ring selling how you want, Some may call it nit picking, but it's something that really urks me a lot. At least Ricochet did an awesome job in his match with Styles selling that leg, constantly remembering that the injury was there and trying to work around it.

True. Trish did a good job selling after the match with Charlotte as well.

Wasn’t impressed with the main event, didn’t help the network gave me problems all night long and I missed a majority of it live.

The main event was solid and having Brock lose so convincingly is a sigh that hopefully Vince is done pushing the overrated sideshow joke in the main event. Seth worked his ass off in that match to win back a crowd that wasn't particularly in his corner and showed some of that old fire he seemed to have lost lately.... though to be fair, facing Corbin (I like the guy) in a heatless feud built more around his relationship than anything else was never going to help anyone.

Thanks for the wonderful memories Ultimate Warrior... happy you got to be recognised as the legend you are before you went. Rest in peace

I hated the match. The lack of selling was at a new level with Rollins. I hated seeing Brock as a part-time world Champion but Seth's title reigns both in 2015 and earlier this year were subpar. I previously blamed Rollins' 2015 reign sucking because they took away his Curbstomp but it is just not entertaining to me and I know I'm not alone.

Brock is still a magnificent big bastard of a man. Disappointed that he lost but once again, he was bloody grand last night.

Re: Brock Lesnar vs. Seth Rollins (Universal Championship)

Pretty good match I thought and it got me invested. Brock particularly was the best I've seen him in a very long time.

"You know I'm automatically attracted to beautiful — I just start kissing them. It's like a magnet. Just kiss. I don't even wait."

"I backed him. You can see how loyal he is. He was begging for my endorsement. I could have said, 'Mitt, drop to your knees.' He would have dropped to his knees."

"You oughta see this guy - 'uh, I don't know what I said, uh, I don't remember,'"

“I will build a great wall – and nobody builds walls better than me, believe me – and I’ll build them very inexpensively. I will build a great, great wall on our southern border, and I will make Mexico pay for that wall. Mark my words.”

"He is a war hero because he was captured. I like people who weren't captured."

I agree.

What do you think Brock will do next? Who’s left for him to destroy?

It's a good question tbh. People seem to believe he'll be on SD when he comes back to coincide with the Fox deal. He could go after Kofi and the WWE title, but I'm not sure.

Maybe they can build Lashley up for him. I'm really not sure atm.
