I have common sites I visit often, like this one, bookmarked to a toolbar on Firefox. It's faster than going into the bookmarks menu to find the site. This could be the reason. Facebook is the first one on this toolbar, followed by the Drudge Report, then this forum. I've done this for a couple of years now.
And no, coming to this site in other ways does not help the current problem. I tried hoping that was the thing.
No plugin problems either. So, my problems are:
1. Can't reply without quoting
2. Can't access notifications.
3. Can't use screenshots or gifs(I rarely use them anyways)
what browsers are you guys using, even on the iphone as well.
also as such, i tested quick reply and it seems to be working, along with quoting. just so we are clear, make sure you have dumped your cache and cookies, this could be an issue of old data kicking around. try these fixes and let me know. ill post back here when we do some tests on the iphone and we can go from there.

Safari on IPhone and the Google app. It worked on Google app but not Safari.
I see now that the page on Safari was changed. There is now a box to write posts at the top. There used to be "quick reply" at the bottom, but that's no longer.
The box at the top is less convenient, but that's alright, at least it works now. Problem is solved.
I think deleting entire history is the fix. It's a pain in the rear, but I should do it more often. And, no, It wasn't a problem on any other website.
I went on Firefox, History tab, Clear Recent History. That worked. Thanks for all your help, Admin.
