Yes it did happen in Dallas lol, just pointing out how wonky the Marijuana situation is here. It's legal where Congress and the white house is, but not for all citizens in general.

Oh I get it now haha. You'll have to forgive me, I'm full of the flu and my head feels like I'm wading through a river of soup. I get what you were saying now, I originally thought you meant that the news report was silly because pot is legal where the dude was killed.

Fox News doesn't and many anti-black (I won't even call them racists anymore because that word really triggers them) simply must have their fix of black bashing some way or another.

My only problem with pot smoking is the double standard employed in this country. If you're rich and wealthy, different rules apply to you than if you're poor and downtrodden.

Typical dystopian shit.

Fox news doesn't surprise me in the slightest. Regressive In Chief Rupert Murdoch does much the same with his media outlets in the UK (and I'm sure Australia and everywhere else he has outlets - isn't that like everywhere?) I guess I just assumed that the majority were pro pot now. Makes sense though what you're saying about the "anti blacks" - they often try to pretend they have an issue with something other than their target's ethnicity as a shield. Something I've always found interesting is that many of those "anti blacks" like to say that PC culture is making them unable to say things that were "perfectly ok" previously, and yet they go to SO many lengths to avoid just being openly racist - implying they know somewhere in their minds that the things they say might not be "perfectly ok" after all...

Re: Cop forgets where she lives, shoots & kills someone

The plot keeps thickening, fairly predictably. The arrest affidavit for the at-the-time off-duty Dallas cop who killed Botham Jean completely contradicts the search warrant for his apartment. The Dallas police are saying that the evidence gathered at the scene of the crime establishes that Jean was across the room when he was shot.

The arrest affidavit was issued on Monday and it states that Amber Guyger's apartment is directly below Botham's.

Texas Ranger Officer David L. Armstrong based the affidavit on what was stated by Guyger. According to the affidavit, she "inserted a unique door key, with an electronic chip, into the door key hole. The door, which was slightly ajar prior to Guyger's arrival, fully opened under the force of the key insertion." As the affidavit continues, the door of the apartment being opened purportedly alerted Jean to Guyger's presence. Continuing, the affidavit states that Guyger drew her weapon and quickly "gave verbal commands that were ignored by (Jean)," at which point she fired two shots.

The affidavit contradicts the September 7 search warrant which was signed by Judge Brandon Birmingham. According to the Dallas Morning News a police officer has relayed the information that the search warrant was written before Guyger's interview, from which the affidavit was formed.

The search warrants reads, "An off-duty Dallas Police Officer, who was wearing a full Dallas Police uniform, was attempting to enter apartment number 1478, with a set of keys... An unknown male, inside the apartment, confronted the officer at the door. A neighbor stated he heard an exchange of words, immediately followed by at least two gunshots."

So whereas the arrest warrant pointedly contends that Jean was "across the room," the search warrant states that he and Guyger confronted one another at his door.

The local news is reporting that the pieces of evidence gathered at the crime scene supported Guyger's account that Jean was across the room when he was shot.

One perspicuous query is why did Guyger tell the police that she had to go and check the apartment number if she had never entered the dwelling, which was what she posited after being arrested, per the affidavit.

Quite the imbroglio.

There are a lot of clues that they think that they're able to not drop, but they do. And after a while of noticing/observing trends, it becomes obvious what their views are.

There's another new kind of anti-black individual now. He's the one that will be just browsing twitter or social media and minding his own business and he'll see a black dude defending a position that an anti-black dude might take ... and now this guy's got an obsession. THIS black that has now spoken up against other blacks is the real hero. He's then signal boosted, shared, revered. You see where I'm going with this?

The majority in Murica are pro pot. Legalization has 64% approval in a Gallup poll.

This is true even in conservative states like Texas.

Yah. This sort of attempt to make someone look like a thug is archaic.

Now that people have been made aware that the media does this, it makes them look worse.

Few people like that on this forum I reckon. I'm sure you're aware of the ones I mean without me needing to say it too.
