I'm not supposed to. Omega joined WWE
Omega He doesn't need to wwe

Did we watch the same show? It was fire. That crowd ate it all up. Orange Cassidy became one of the most over guys in the company and he hasn't even shown what he's fully capable of. Jericho knocked it out of the park with his promo. The Bucks vs Private Party match was sick. Darby skateboard spot was fun and awesome. Omega vs Moxley feud is building up very nicely. Jake Hager as Jericho's muscle man is already working well.

That was a solid 8 out of 10 two hour wrestling show with WWE level production values and crowds. How many of those do you see these days?

I'm not gonna nitpick.

Sigh.

Re-using the same techniques such as interference and only brawls after a match is. The lights going out before every debut is. The commentators having to act like Allin has a chance against Jericho is. Rushing pushes is. The referees discretion crap is. The terrible outfits half of the roster is. People are pointing out legitimate flaws and I have seen every single one of them shut down on here with bullshit excuses or cries of "troll" from the same few people who just want to get noticed by Kenny Omega on the internet.

Re: AEW is literally committing late WCW sins every show

Raw has been on 25 years and sucks. Smackdown 20 years and is mediocre. AEW 2 weeks and has a few minor flaws. I think I'll take that.

As far as OP complaints. The very beginning of tonight's show we saw a video package and the commentators telling us that the Bucks are the top tag team in the world. Winning titles all over the world...innovating offense and then saying how the Bucks picked this young team to join AEW and see what they can do. Then this new team beats the Bucks. I thought that was great.

The show has been on for 4 hours. You want every wrestler to have their own origin movie?

Re: AEW is literally committing late WCW sins every show

OP is right in a way but really we will need to see what will happen. Look at last week's main event, LAX and Jericho not being DQ after Moxley attacked Omega right in front of the referee is very 2000 WCW. Also having a show end with choas is another factor of why people always complain of WCW 2000 but it's their first two shows, they are trying to build two strong factions so I can let them off at the moment.

To me, this week's ending was basically a reserve of last week's ending but with the faces on top. If every main event ends like this on tv, it will get old, however I am hoping that maybe the madness at the end of the show won't be that bad next week.

No if it was 2000 WCW John Moxley would have been declared the winner of the six man tag.

Define 'late WCW'. WCW started to improve again in 2001.

But it is a cool thing. You can't just eliminate interference, it's a part of wrestling and it'll always be there. Same with brawls after the matches, they are exciting (if booked and performed right).

That I agree with, they need to stop doing these NOW.

Quote:

Honestly, why doesn't he? It's a classic underdog vs top heel title match. Jeff Hardy vs Undertaker 2002, only in 2019. I remember people loving that match back then. Don't see a problem there, the announcers should sell the match like they can. They should acknowledge that there isn't much chances, but they always exists. Anything can happen, theoretically.

Rushing pushes is.
Like what? Off the top of my head, I can't point out any rushed pushes in AEW.

Quote:
The referees discretion crap
If you mean why they weren't DQed last week after Mox interference, I understand that, AND I would complain if that match mattered. Like say... if it was a DQ in HIAC But seriously, the ref probably thought it wasn't good ending the first TV main event in DQ so he went on to continue the match. I personally like that referees are now given more power with this stuff.

Quote:
The terrible outfits half of the roster
I guess that's a subjective thing. All people I care about dress fine.

CURRENT:
Jon Moxley, Sami Zayn, Chris Jericho, Drew McIntyre, PAC, Daniel Bryan, Kevin Owens, Braun Strowman, Samoa Joe, MJF, Bray Wyatt.
