Me: START FROM ZERO. Go watch WWE at 1997 and take notes, how to do a correct slow burn transition of your company and your stars from zero to 100, they nailed it perfectly back then and it lead to create the attitude era and characters like Rock and Austin from nothing.

DON'T RUSH IT, it will take them at least half a year to create big things, let the audience get immerse in some of your young talent, let them flow in their own personalities and get into their story lines, eventually the cream will rise to the top and possibly, some megastar will emerge.

Freedom is their best weapon against WWE.

Don't have so many kick outs at what should be ending matches. You are going to make those power moves/finishers weak.

Agreed. This was the biggest reason why I hated that Bucks match. Don't extend it with so many kickouts to big finishing or knockout moves.

Notice how they protected the One Winged Angel last night by teasing it but never having Kenny hit it because he wasn't going to win. That's how it should go.

Don't let your reach exceed your grasp.

Let's start slowly and don't do a TNA and bring in WWE castoffs and Russo.

Cody seems to be a real big fan of Eric Bischoff. I'm pretty sure he will show up at some point. I just hope it's as a purely on-screen character!

1. Don't hire too many WWE castoffs a couple like Shawn Spears wont kill the company but going too far will basically be like TNA all over again which will look especially bad after what happened with them.

2. Don't over rely on your current stars make sure you are building people underneath them as well (MJF, Hangman Page, Jungle Boy etc)

3. Don't overdo the kickouts that was one of the very few problems I had with Double or Nothing as one too many massive moves were getting kicked out of.

Don't look back at some shit from 20 and 30 years ago like it holds all the answers. It's not 1997 anymore

Just go balls to the wall. Go nuts. Keep people watching. Don't hold back in the beginning
