You're absolutely right OP. How could anybody forget Triple H's 1999 heel turn? That was pretty much the beginning of "The Game".

I can't really think of many that I would consider overrated, but as for underrated, I don't think The Rock's first heel turn gets the recognition it deserves. Sure people look back at it and say it was well executed, but I consider it THE single most important move of Rocky's career, as it was the first time he was allowed him to basically just be himself rather than a cookie cutter babyface.
