Postseason hopes seem to be slipping away for The Tribe, my friend. :mj2

Although they are only 1 game back behind Tampa Bay... So, things could change drastically in the next 24 hours. It's just, y'know, so few games remain for the 2019 regular season.

I will definitely attend the AL wildcard game should Oakland host it! :mark: :)

Hope this message finds you well. The Frank Sinatra image always makes me smile.

Precisely. Chicago is politically one gargantuan mess, and she seems to be popping up a bit now as one of the significant culprits.

Thank you, Absolute. We did indeed have a lot of fun. :curry

Wish the Warriors cared more about defending the home court in the regular season. They were disinterested, it seemed, for most of the game. :lol

Ah, well, going to their next three home games, and one in early April vs. the Nuggets, too. :lol

Hate Chris Paul but he is pretty incredible, won't lie. :lol

They should have that as their lead-in declarative statement! :lol

:lol Love your analysis of that. I agree, they are a superlative combination.

Going to tonight's Warriors game! Should be fun! :mark:

Khris Davis is fun to root for, too. 47 home runs I believe? Close to 50 anyway. His swing is built for power to right-center. He'll probably love the idea of hitting at Yankee Stadium. :lol Of course it's just one game and pretty much anything can happen.

The A's have a great bullpen but bullpens can be astonishingly mercurial creatures and at times very undependable. So it concerns me that they're probably going to go all bullpen Wednesday night. In any case it should be fun to watch!

Yes I think I will at least for the sake of people I know including a few good friends who are big A's fans. The A's are a great storied team and I like them and I love that they're here in the Bay Area. If they lose to the Yankees, well, that's too bad. It won't make me feel bad or anything but if they win I'll probably crack a smile or two. They've had an incredible season. I thought they'd be something around a .500 team. They're 97-65. :lol They boast a pulverizing offense. That game at Yankee Stadium could be a donnybrook. :mark: :lol

Nothing so painful on the heart and mind as postseason baseball, I think. :lol TORTURE as they say.

Mayfield's still an extraordinarily promising talent. As you note he's still a rather raw rookie. Turnovers are inevitable with those. Troy Aikman looked awful in his rookie year. :lol The Browns are realistically still a ways off from being a big winner so letting him soak up the experience and gradually improve in all of the areas where he needs to is best for everyone... Yeah that placement on the ball was ridiculous. Sorry. Stupid/crooked NFL refs.

That's fantastic that you found it! :mark: :)

Well your Cleveland Browns have nothing to be ashamed of in that hard-fought loss to the Raiders. That was quite the game in many ways. :lol Too many turnovers from Mayfield, though. :side:

I am eagerly looking forward to that WINDIANS/Astros series! :mark: Hope they don't choke, either. I want that one to go the full five with all of the drama seeing as I don't have to go through the roller coaster ride that you do. :p :)

But sincerely I'd rather see the Indians go deeper into the postseason than the Astros. In fact they'd be a great representative for the American League in the World Series even if the rest of the AL Central is pretty bad. :lol

Is that by any chance you taking a picture of it? :lmao :lmao :lmao :sodone

Posted a tweet with that sign in it in the NFL thread. :lol

That WINDIANS/Astros series is going to be insane. :sodone

I only saw bits and pieces of the game but of what I saw, the Browns played quite well indeed! :)

Much to build on for the future!

Things are well here! Looking forward to the returns of both the NBA and the NHL! :mark:

Baseball season was rough. I think the Giants' window is well and truly closed. :lol But that's okay. Will be interesting to see what they do in the offseason. The A's are good and I hope they have a solid postseason run as I'd like to go to a few postseason games. :)

    Take care in Believeland!

You also have it relatively easy with the rest of the AL Central in hibernation. :lol It would be a genuine shocker of all possible shockers for the Windians to miss the postseason. Hope they go far! :mark: :mark: :mark: Time to rally to the Tribe as you note! Hope the GIANTS and Indians do battle in the World Series! :)
