Will "divas" soon be forced down our throat

Obviously WWE has had a non-existent women's division, but the past couple weeks there have been multiple segments with them and there seems to be some more attention on the women. With the new show debuting on E! Do you think that the WWE will start to force too many random divas segments and god dare I say it but recaps from the show on raw? While I would not mind a good well built feud to help fill out raw I don't want to start seeing all the tweets and E! Stuff they will inevitably force on us.

Re: Will "divas" soon be forced down our throat

I actually won't mind it if they do it in an appropriate way. When I say appropriate I mean have matches that are interesting to us and have storylines that are well written. But then again this is the WWE so I'm not holding my breath.
A year or two ago I would be saying "Oh give it a chance, they'll do great".....nuh uh, not any more. There hasn't been an exciting reign for the title since Eve (in my opinion). I think it would be wise to not overly show the divas on RAW and Smackdown if they don't have decent enough material for the shows, I think that will be foolish for the E! show if they show monotonous crap on RAW and Smackdown as it won't draw enough ratings for the E! show.

I think they need to get a fantastic feud together with some great IN RING TALENT and connect it to the E! show if they want ratings. I'm well aware there won't be any Lita/Trish or Trish/Mickie type of feuds brought to us, but hopefully they won't shove crap like we have been forced to see before down our throats.

Ya, it would be cool if there were feuds and such maybe if the in ring feud tied in with the TV show that could maybe even be interesting. I just have a feeling were going to just be seeing a lot of red carpet moments, articles in gossip magazines and other non-wrestling related material about wrestlers on a wrestling show

Ben it has nothing to do with having "A feeling". It has to do with the fact that this is the WWE in 2013...OF COURSE THEY'RE GOING TO DO THAT lol. Unfortunately you probably need to get used to it, I certainly have. It doesn't mean I like it, but I've come to terms with the fact that the divas aren't like they used to be and we probably will be seeing lots of diva stuff connected to this new E! show.
Obviously these days the WWE cares about having MULTIPLE spotlights on them in a charity standpoint, and Hollywood standpoint. The divas will obviously not be spared and lots of things will probably be connected to this new show now regarding the divas. It sucks but HOPEFULLY they do it right....other wise E! WILL be cancelling that show....most of the fans call the divas matches a piss break, do they really think the majority of the fans are going to sit down and watch a whole 30 minute show about backstage stuff regarding boring matches?....I doubt it. THAT'S why they need to make it interesting and have appropriate writing for the storylines. Get me interested on RAW and Smackdown, and then maybe I'll try an episode.
But as I said, do yourself a favor and don't hold your breath ....also expect the possibility of a lot of red carpet/E! stuff.

Re: Will "divas" soon be forced down our throat

Right now the divas division can really only go up as far as exposure and dare I say quality is concerned. But definitely as far as exposure/screen time. As someone that enjoys the divas segments and silently hopes they'll get the division back on their feet, I only see this as a good thing.

Re: Will "divas" soon be forced down our throat

To be honest it may a good thing if WWE and Vince take the diva seriously and only if this reality show does well. Even with a 3 hour show, the divas hardly get any air time. So I am hoping something good comes out of it for the divas
