Meh, Bearer would have loved shit like this, and I'm sure if they didn't have family consent from Paul's family, it wouldn't have happened.

Its ironic if you think about it

After death, Paul bearer is still a part of wrestling with the Undertaker

Meh...

Funny thing though about angles like these is that WWE clearly attempts to get a shock reaction out of the casuals but its really only the internet fans like the OP who react in the end. Lol

Smarks don't deserve to watch CM Punk and Paul E. as on air performers.

No. Shit, Paul Bearer's family gave the okay for inserting Bearer's death as the main storyline, so no one should moan about this segment

I think it would be more classless if they did it without Paul's family giving permission. Taker and Punk are both oldschool guys and im sure they wouldn't have accepted this if they felt they were making fun of Paul's death.

Re: Was the last Punk/Taker segment too much?

It was a great segment, and it's nice to have a feud with some actual heat behind it. Two guys with a grudge against each other, imagine that.

I don't like when they use actual tragedies and deaths in storylines though. There's a difference between something being edgy and just pathetic. It's cheap and pretty low (for the company, I mean). That doesn't lessen the segment, I still thought it was pretty great and am actually interested in the feud now, but I can definitely understand why people might be annoyed with it.

At the very least, it's pathetic that the best storyline going on right now has some heat and has some intensity... and only because someone actually died.

Would you rather there be more gay G rated crap honestly? Shit like this is attitude era style shock value.
I never said the segment was too much and actually voted no. Now go back to bed. And negged for lack of reading comprehension.
