I don't see that as a problem to be honest. He went: Heel>Tweener>Face>Tweener>Heel
It's just coming full circle. Turn him again after 'Mania and have him feud with Brock. Could be an entertaining program, as lng as they don't ruin his character

I thought it would go without saying that his heel character is better than his face character. I guess I should have explained myself with a little more depth.

Lets face the facts here, he's not getting a good heel reaction. Punk is like Cena in this regard; he gets the reaction opposite of what he is aiming for.

Someone else mentioned that Punk's current heel run is reminiscent of Austin's. Everybody wants to cheer him because he's a badass and is great at what he does, but when he starts insulting them, they know they're supposed to boo him, but they don't want to. And it results in this weird deadish reaction.

Retain the most potent elements of his current character, but don't have him insult the fans. Instead of counteracting how over he is, build off of it. Make him a face with the edge that fans crave. You can see that they wanna cheer Punk, so let them. He'll be massively over.

Re: CM Punks difficult job of cutting 2 promos at once.

I've been a fan of Punk for several years but I am sick of the cheap heat & the "You all are losers, I was screwed, you're all fat etc" stuff. Everybody here knows he's better than that and CAN do better than that and has done better than that. In fact, he proved it again with that promo he did a few weeks ago before The Rock came out and did the Cookie Puss crap. He can be a great heel without all that. Granted, he probably couldn't go a month without doing some insults because most heels do that, it's in the book imo, but he doesn't have to do it every sentence and promo he does.

True he should of just cut one, unless Rock is there so he should do a second promo with him.

Undertaker is a selfish, arrogant, broken down old has been who can't give it up, who doesn't give one shit about the next generation of stars and helping the company that made him thrive. It's always all about him.

Yeah he went overboard with the crowd bashing today.

They should just let him do his thing like Cena does (aka don't bash as much). WWE needs to recognize that old-fashioned heel tactics aren't as effective as they used to be.

Re: CM Punks difficult job of cutting 2 promos at once.

Punk essentially cut 3 promos in the opening segment: he denied being involved in the heyman thing, he had to diss the crowd and try to sell his match in a few weeks. Guy is doing too much.

And of course it doesn't help that 2hrs later Shield basically admits they were involved with Heyman blowing the whole thing to smithereens
