Invalid, people are not watching Ziggler, and his matches. Hence the reason they put him against Cena. It was to prove that Cena is the draw, and that you can place him against anyone including some overrated piece of meat like Ziggler.
Yes, that's right, they give him a feud against John Cena to prove he doesn't draw. They're trying to prove to.... somebody, that Dolph Ziggler sucks.
I tried to like this guy, and I guess I appreciate his work in the ring. However, there are better workers in the WWE than Ziggler. One of them is in the Shield, and Daniel Bryan is another that comes to mind. He has zero charisma, and I can't believe people think that this man should have been given the figure four. He sounds like a teen aged boy, and forgot to give Billy Gun his "look" back. I can't stand Cena, but in no way should he have worked with that nobody of a star Dolph Ziggler. Is there potential for Ziggler as a "face"? Possibly, but right now I know that is easily the most overrated talent on the roster that is in the position that they are in right now. The man is the MITB holder, and it means nothing right now.
Shield is great, Ambrose is great, they're shit compared to Ziggler. They barely TALK, and only Ambrose sounds good when they do talk. How can that put them over Ziggler in the ring or on the mic? And Bryan is better on the microphone? No. And, as far as MITB not meaning anything, this is the 5,000,000th non-unique argument used on the IWC; the MITB never means anything before its cashed in, lol and I would argue it means more today but that's just cuz I really like Ziggler.
The fact that he struggled to get over with the crowd (so much that they paired him with Vickie) until recently is only a testament to that.
Of course, because anyone with a manager or an entourage must be terrible without them. Triple H, CM Punk, Kurt Angle, Shawn Michaels, Undertaker, Kane, Daniel Bryan, The Shield is an entourage.
Wrestling needs more than feuds to tell stories, that's why wrestlers have to have allies and normal conversations while on TV. Punk and Heyman are arrogant bastards because of how they are with each other. Ziggler TALKS when he's with Vickie or AJ; this isn't silent, boring Lesnar who can't cut a promo if his life depended on it, so they bring in Heyman.
For starters lets go with Bray Wyatt who is currently in NXT. Wyatt is a far better heel, and character than Ziggler ever will be. Granted he may not be on the main roster, but his talent is superior to Dolph's.
Damien Sandow shits better promos than Ziggler. He has more appeal than Ziggler as well. Everything about Damien stands out as original for those who can't remember The Genius. Ziggler is Billy Gunn 50lbs lighter, and 75% less talented.
How about Daniel Bryan? This guy is doing everything right with his character, and he is one of the best in the ring. Ziggler couldn't hold his boots if he wanted to. Yet, Ziggler is fucking around pretending to be a MITB show off. Bryan would make a better MITB winner, oh wait he was.
Ziggler is definitely more charismatic than Wyatt, Sandow, and Bryan. I don't even know how to argue with this. They're all great, don't get me wrong.

. The dude's great. He really is the complete package. The only criticism I can think of is that being the arrogant, cocky heel is stereotypical, but by those standards so is every other wrestling gimmick; there are 80,000 cocky heels, some main eventers some not. He still plays that character as well as anyone.
