On WWE Friday Night Smackdown, it was announced that The Rock will present "The Rock Concert" on the 20th Anniversary of WWE Raw. This will be the third Rock Concert, with the last one being in 2003.
I am not really a big fan of Rock doing concerts as a face. The last concert was bad, didn't live upto the expectations and nothing compared to his first two heel concerts. It just doesn't suit his character and what is he really gonna sing on this time ?
Edit-Yes they should have done Rock/Punk/Austin............what a waste WWE!

Rock is my favourite wrestler of all time and I don't want his character to be ruined with another lameass concert, good reason for IWC marks and Rock haters to hate on Rock if the concert turns out to be lame which I fear would.
"Well I might take a plane, I might take a train...how do you people live here, you must be insane! I'm leaving Sacramento, Sacramento I won't stay...but I'll be sure to come back when the Lakers beat the Kings in May."
I couldn't stop laughing than and still makes me laugh to this day.
His Rock concert he did last year in his feud with Cena was the most entertaining thing he did in 2012. Wouldn't be opposed to him doing another one at all, so long as it doesn't go on for too long.
Only if he doesn't repeat the cookiepuss shit again. And also doing a comedic thing like concert hurts the intensity of feud and turns the feud into a joke just like Cena/Rock.
However when looking at CM Punk, The Rock certainly has more materials to make fun of in his concert. So I am leaning towards this one being better than last year.
I don't mind this, it might be entertaining and at worst gives Punk a chance to no-sell it and further highlight the differences between their characters.
I do agree with this but Rock is going to have a bit of fun with the live audience and Punk will most likely interfere which may lead to another physical confrontation.
i agree. I'm good for a Rock Concert, the last one he did was very entertaining last year. But they gotta stop building this feud the same way they built Rock/Cena, or they will ruin it. Rock/Cena was constant bashing and shoots from both guys, and the promos just felt like they had no base to it and so the feud never felt heated (they were just bashing for the sake of bashing the opponent). I hope that with Rock/Punk, they actually make it personal by giving it a good storyline and a REASON for the person to bash the other guy. Just because they are two Top guys doesn't mean they should automatically start bashing each other.
Man, no one could pull this type of thing off. That's why the Rock is a "one and only" type of wrestler:avit:
