Thought y'all would love him like the other smaller guys. Or can only indy guys get love?
It's not about the size, or being in the indies. It's about wrestling ability.
Oddly enough, there are quite a few of us that are fans of wrestling, especially those of us that are a bit older and have been watching since before the birth of the 15 minute promo. While we certainly enjoy good promos, and adore great storylines, if a guy actually has wrestling talent, he's got one up in wrestling fan's mind, as a opposed to those that prefer the "entertainment" aspects of the product.
I don't know what they can do at this point. The match was one of the biggest wastes of time Raw has had in a while, which says something. He's made out far too weak to make it satisfying to see him get his comeuppance for such an extended period of time and the ending was the least interesting they could have done.
Seems people in the IWC are still butthurt someone other than Ambrose made his debut. Maddox has done really well so far for a rookie.
It's not just about Ambrose for me. I'd rather see Wyatt, Rollins, Ohno, and The Ascension on TV over Maddox at this point in time. Brad is a solid wrestler but I can't call myself a fan of his right now.
He was simply a sacrifice that the creative team made in order to not take any risks with their product. It's the reason the product is so shitty today, along with social media. Every Raw is a generic waste of time in which nothing of any importance happens and your time is wasted. I expect that he'll be sent back to NXT and never be seen again.
